Lacks customer service ! I walked in and wasn’t greeted. Store was empty - no customers
Associates greeted someone else as I walked out. And even asked him what he was looking for. Smh

Justin is one of the best. They also call him DJ KAHLID I believe. He is friendly and professional and definitely a wonderful sales man. They need to promote him to manager if he isn’t already. Great experience! I’ll be back soon.

Online pick up for just one pair of kids shoes was not completed after 5 hours. Contacted the store was told pick up orders take 24 hours to update, which would defeat the purpose of same day pick up. Had to reach out to their national customer service line to get them to get someone to finally pick the order.

Champs Sports is my favorite places to go for all the latest sports apparel and gear. They have an endless selection of the best sneakers. Their staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile for customers. Their prices are the best in the area. I definitely recommend stopping by Champs Sports whenever you're near Christiana Mall.

The manager (a young woman ) didn’t seem happy to see us trying to find some outfits for my sons birthday. They basically want you to just buy without looking for style or size , they don’t want you to remove folded tshirts of the shelf, just look and buy.If you guys too lazy to fold them back then put them on racks .I will never go back there.

Terrible customer service. My godmother never got all her change back and the manager was nonchalant and very matter of fact about it. From someone who is big on customer service and in the professional world, management as well as staff need to be professional and courteous and right a wrong that's on their end.

Why do we have to have a raffle to buy a pair of sneakers.. Should be a first come 1st serve basis... Multiple people use the raffle to sell the shoes online for triple the price sometime it's not fair for the regular person I just want to buy a pair of sneakers
