Greetings:
I found it necessary to share with everyone my unforgettable experience while shopping for products at the Casper store. I had the pleasure of having Mr. Erik Davis assist me with the purchase of a bed, and he was kind enough to introduce various products, which included a soft Casper pillow. Mr. Davis was very professional and very knowledgeable of all products, which led me to purchase an additional bed before I left the store; that was not my initial intention! He is an outstanding salesman and is very proficient at his job!!! Thank you Mr. Davis, and I look forward to purchasing additional products from you!

We just bought our Snow mattress from this location and had an amazing experience! Not only is the bed perfect firmness and coolness but Shelby, the sales associate we worked with was wonderful. She didn't hover like most sales peoples and allowed us to lay on each bed for 5 minutes undisturbed so we could really get a feel for it. This is a great way to shop for a mattress that doesn't involve the stuffy showrooms and aggressive salepeople!

Took my parents here to buy a new mattress after having their old one for a while. Eric was extremely informative & suggested the perfect bed for them! The bed came sooner than expected & was super easy to install. My mom loves the bed & says she can’t feel any motion from my dad’s side anymore. They wish they purchased sooner!

The staff at the Christiana Casper are kind and knowledgeable! We recently got the Casper Original Hybrid Cal king, metal bedframe, foundation, and waterproof protector. The bed is amazing and comfortable not too firm and not too soft. The frame and foundation were easy to set up with no tools and simple instructions even better is it doesn’t squeak. The protector doesn’t crinkle under you and still allows the bed to keep you cool. Overall we love the products we’ve gotten and our new mattress ???

Would recommend without a doubt. My husband and I absolutely loved the experience. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful when it came to choosing the right products for us. We were very fortunate to have Dominique and Erik guide us and advise us through the whole process. Looking forward to shopping at Casper again in the future.

Don’t believe it when they tell you that set-up and haul away of your old mattress is included. They dropped off our new and very expensive bed in boxes, didn’t take away the old mattress and decided that they weren’t going to help us even though it was clearly outlined in our paperwork that this was included. It was an absolute nightmare taking care of all of this ourselves- go shop elsewhere.
