“I had no problem, drop my Toyota 4 Runner off after an accident and 32 days later I pick it up. Every thing looks good so far, just had it for a day so far. After turning in the rental, I did not had a ride to get to the shop and Toyota was not willing to provide the courtesy shuttle to get me there. Very disappointed. Just a little background, my family bought about 12 vehicles or more, and all services are done at Newark Toyota World. Not very nice not providing a shuttle.”
