But I wanted to give a huge shout out to Merari and Mikaela who both worked tirelessly last night until our issue with a 2-week-old refrigerator was satisfactorily resolved. While we won't know if everything is resolved for good until a replacement is delivered tomorrow, my husband and I are both truly impressed with the customer service we received at the Bear, DE Lowe's store last night.”

“They usually have what I need and if they don't have it in stock , they can order it and have it within a few days which is way better than Home disappointment and low lowes. It is also cheaper.”
