Took my 2 daughters here to get the new kuromi my daughters loved it!! and noni provided excellent customer service was the sweetest to my daughters which made there experince top tier!! Brittney at the register was also so kind and helpful thankyou!!!!

Had the most wonderful experience, i went there to pick out two stuff animals and i wanted to do voice recordings of my grandparents who had passed. I didnt know what to do so one of the lovely workers helped me out and really made me feel welcomed and made the experience one i wont forget. She asked my about my grandparents and was incredibly nice. 10/10

I wished I had the lady's name who made my glamdaughter's bear for her 4th birthday. She was so good, had a fairy tale voice, and kept her intrigued. The prices are not bad, this is my first time here, I thought the accessories would have been more expensive, but they were reasonable to me.

I came here in search for zero and they had it in stock! I do want to shoutout the sweet girls working here as they are so respectful and sweet. I have a task trained service dog and these girls were well versed on the ADA and we had some great conversations about service dogs. All were super respectful and didn’t talk or try to pet him, allowed him to participate in getting his zero together, and honestly just an example of what business should do when a service dog comes in. 10/10 experience and will drive the extra 40 mins for this outstanding customer service. Thank you to build a bear for being an accessible company. These girls were a great representation for the company.

Walked in for my first time today the lady that greeted us in the front and helped make our son bowser bear was amazing & great with kids but when I went to check out the cashier was rude and had a attitude for no reason when we were all smiles and happy she ruined it for us. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the lady who greeted us if it wasn't for her I would give 1 star.

Such a wonderful experience! I remember doing Build-A-Bear when I was young, and wanted to pass that tradition along. The kids had SO much fun! I was a little confused about how to customize the sound, and the employees were beyond helpful and nice. They not only explained how to use the touch screens, but the entire process to us. This location gets busy on the weekends, so I would recommend going closer to when it opens as it was a lot quieter and easier to shop before it got busy.
