One star is being generous, 0 stars should be an option. Reserved a 12 foot moving truck one week in advance. Received a confirmation phone call from the business a day prior to pick up, and they confirmed that the truck would be ready. Arrived at the scheduled reservation time and was advised that the truck wasn’t there and they had no idea when it would be. Only accommodation they attempted was advising me that they did have a 26 foot truck but it wasn’t working???? They also advised that “I” could call another Budget location to see if they had any trucks available. While standing at the counter as they continued to offer no solutions and blaming others, I made a reservation on the U-Haul app. $100 cheaper and had the truck within 30 minutes.

They called me told me the truck weren’t available after I booked 2 days prior,NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY TRIED TO TAKE MONEY OUT MY CASH APP ACCOUNT AND IT HAS NOTHING TO SMART FOR YA AND IM CHANGING BANK INFO!RUN SCAMMERS!

Absolutely terrible. Rude people. No help at all. Didn't say anything about the credit card before we got there. We were stranded for 5 hours with no help. Awful.

Drove all the way out after making a reservation online just for them to tell me the "truck and trailer" I reserved wasn't available nor could I tow with the van I ordered (this was not alluded on the website mind you). Yeah, it would've been more worth my time to drive to a Chick-fil-a on Sunday ✨?

got there thirty minutes before closing, employee saw me in the parking lot and locked the door in my face. when i saw him head to his car in the lot and asked why they closed early, he almost tried to run me over with his car. safe to say i won’t be coming back to this location

The staff at this location are always so friendly and helpful. We have rented from this location a number of times, always with great results. My most recent trip involved an extended rental but then had complications and a change in return date. They even worked with us on what was supposed to be a prepaid, nonrefundable contract when my elderly travel companion had to be brought home suddenly. Real human beings with a great attitude. Five stars!

This place makes budget brand looks terrible along with the location on Kirkwood highway. Read the reviews there! Absolute nightmare dealing with this father and son duo. They actually think they own budget. Refusing to rent to certain people and overcharging every other customer. Crooks

12/10 do NOT recommend. They did not give my friend the correct keys to open the truck's hatch, were rude to him on the phone after he had to call several times before someone even bothered to answer, and then they blamed him for their incompetence in giving him the incorrect keys in the first place. He was already stressed out about his move, and the customer service here made it worse.

There is no option to give zero star, so i am forced to give highest rating for this location. Worst ever customer service takes almost 45 mins to serve per customer. Have rented 4 times here with such pathetic service...

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Specially if you are planning to pick up a car on Saturdays. Last weekend I went to pick the car I had booked online and had to deal with Marco who treated me like if I was bothering him. I guess it was due to the fact that he was having lunch at that precise moment, but that is not my problem. Not only he was not being helpful but also he was being rude to me. He even burped in front of me!!! As I really needed the car I decided to make blind eyes and left the office. What is really incredible is that today I went to pick another car wishing not to meet him and there he was again. The way he talked to me was even worse and what made matters more evil is that this time he started making up excuses and did not rent me any car. Of course I had to walk back to my hotel - distances in Newark are always long - and the plan is ruined. This has been no doubt the worst client experience in my two months in the US. Dear owner, If you are reading this and want to have clients in the future, I suggest you address this immediately. HIs bad attitude is only surpassed by his bad manners.
