“I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts located at the BP station on Kirkwood Highway and encountered a distressing situation. Upon placing my order, I observed that the cashier began to take and subsequently serve the orders of two other customers, both white men, who came in after me. Despite my efforts to remind her of my unfulfilled order, she continued to prioritize their service over mine.
When I addressed this issue with her, she acknowledged her mistake and offered apologies, even pleading with me to accept the coffee and refrain from requesting a refund. Her reaction seemed to stem from a fear of losing her job, but for me, this was a matter of principle. This experience felt like a clear act of racial discrimination, which is utterly unacceptable and deeply concerning.
To other potential customers, especially those of color, I recommend considering this experience before patronizing this location. As a black man, I was appalled by the treatment I received. It’s important that we hold businesses accountable for their actions and ensure fair and respectful service for all customers.”

If I could give a minus I would, I payed at pump but it was declined because I put the wrong zip in but it still charged my account. I went in and tried to explain to him what happened he said I called him a liar and I didn’t. I explained again what I needed, he still didn’t understand so he kicked me out and told me to call my bank. The charge went through and I’m still waiting for refund. Very rude people

The absolute worst. Very rude. The two guys in the afternoon are just rude. I know they are talking about me. BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND THEM. They really need to watch what they say. I will absolutely never give them my business again. Totally disrespectful. And I have spent allot of money there in the past years.

Stopped to get gas and went to pay inside and I greet the cashier and get no response. He was too busy on his phone to look up to greet me. After waiting another minute or so he said "yes" which I then told him how much I needed in my tank. I am also a young adult who has been in many customer service positions, cashier included. I understand how long, annoying, and dreaded, boring those days are, but the least you can do is teach your employees to stay off of their phone when customers are walking up. You are the face of the establishment while you are there. So rude.

The young guy cashier is rude. He doesn’t acknowledge you when you’re standing at the register & he keeps talking on his phone. Poor customer service.

the white old hag that works the closing shift is completely incompetent she can't even TURN OFF the "OPEN" illuminated sign and would rather stand there are give dirty looks to customers still trying to enter because they were mislead.The other young women that works the day shift is ON HER PHONE at the register and can't even count 5 single dollar bills and has the nerve to accuse me of only handing her 4- AFTER she puts the money in the register...I left the building and she chases me out. I asked her if she even counted the money because I handed her 5 bills.. she pauses and stutters to say: JUST FORGET ABOUT IT (because she knows she didn't count the money) how inept these workers are............

Got gas, donuts, and coffee here today. Everything was okay except the horribly stale donuts with frosting melted all over the place before they even got in the box.
