Every time I come to shop looking for flat bed carts they are out , none of them on the parking lot , they use them to prepare orders for pick up customers.
come on get another 10 pieces.

I love BJ's and I said it's not a quick stop place because I can never get out of there quick, there's too much to see always something new and different. The gas prices can't be beat I recommend getting their Visa card!

We used the Express Pay feature to check out and wound up having to wait for a few minutes while their employee checked another family’s large order with multiple carts. The second employee who was checking receipts at the door accused my husband of giving him a dirty look. No one gave anyone a dirty look. He continued to engage with us, resorting to profanity. When we tried to talk to the store manager, another employee told us he was busy. He refused to contact him. Profanity also used. Is there something going on in this store tonight? We’ve never seen so much disrespect. We may have to just buy a Costco membership if this is the way you are treating your customers now.

Got a membership never worked, could never signed in, they said reset password did after 20 minutes never got link to reset so cancelled membership. Sad when you cant get you stuff to work. Maybe i will try again in 20 years

ALERT! For Muslims, Jews and kosher eaters.Me and my wife went to the BJ’s located in Pencadar plaza, Newark, Delaware yesterday 2-5-24, and we were looking to get sliced turkey so we noticed that the staff use the same slicer for pork meats and non-pork alike. So as Muslims we asked the worker is it BJ’s policy to use the same slicer for pork and non-pork items, he said yes. So be aware when buying sliced lunch meat from BJ’s of this practice. The Walmart in these areas, including Elkton,Md. has the same policy

Bought store-packaged boneless/skinless chicken today. Package said 5.1 pounds. Actual weight of chicken was 4.25 pounds. The rest was water and chicken juice soaked into the absorbent pad under the meat. I think this is ridiculously excessive. Will never buy store-packaged anything from BJ's ever again.

I wish the store in Elsmere was more like this location. I was in the area recently and needed to stop for a few things. The store and parking lot were very clean. The shelves were well stocked, unlike the Elsmere location. Every store seems to be laid out a little different, but everything was still easy to find and there was no wait at the self checkout.

12/06/23 and now a year later its your system messing up my order and overcharging my credit. And customer service and store has no way of canceling the order. Ive never heard of that before. Now I've lost all trust. Gone from 3 stars to 1

So far so good ?. Woulda got a 5 star if not for the rude young caucasian guy with long hair that pushes the cart I believe he has long hair. I wish he get it together?. He's always tryna run into somebody. Whatchu mad at?! Shake it off! ?
