When I showed up on my only available day to pick up my bike, and it wasn't done because they had to special order a part, they looked through their recently received packages to find what they needed. They made sure they fixed it immediately for me. When they completed the work order, I saw that the replacement part was more expensive than what I had originally been quoted. I didn't say a word, but they quickly and quietly changed the bill to reflect my original quote. Awesome service!”
