Stop by this particular Best buy location on a whim. They didn't have what I needed the layout is typical Best buy but the staff is friendly and helpful

Stay away from this store. Its full of incompetent people who screw up orders with an inability to fix the messes they create. Their Customer Care department is equally useless You would think with the name Customer Care they would care. Not once but twice they hung up on me when they couldn’t resolve the issue they created.
Updated. So, they respond by asking me to provide them information on best buy support on twitter and no response whatsoever.

I came into buy 5 apple products. The best buy worker is huffing and puffing and seems like he is forced to work. like its ok if you don't want to sell things to me like I don't know what's his problem.

BE VIGILANT ON YOUR AIRPOD PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE
Fake Airpods Pro 2 Sold.... Bought an Airpod Pro 2 and unboxed it to realize they were fake. Returned to the store to find out the purchase was not linked to my profile and the MANAGER was NOT able to find the reciept of purchase even after card transaction proof of Date.
The manager was unhelpful and rude, then advised to report fraud to my bank.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Get greeted at the door and then you go to an department and can't find anybody for service. Waited 15 minutes for somebody to get a keyboard out of the locked compartment. Ended up having to yell across the entire store and then got flooded by seven employees. All while the guy stands at the door and does nothing. Do better best buy employees...do better...

Updating my original score because I used to love coming here but I guess big box stores are on their way out. Either that or nobody here cares, the last two times I’ve been here help was nowhere to be found, nobody asked if I needed help or even acknowledged me, it seems like maybe this location is shutting down or something because I’ve seen groups of employees seemingly on the clock just chillin out not helping me or any of the other 5 people walking around the store looking for some sort of help. If you want a job where you don’t have to even speak to customers or help unless you’re found and begged for help Best Buy seems like the place to be.

Very disorganized, impossible to ever get help and needs to be cleaned.
The fact that I have a hard time finding things in this store and the lack of available help is frustrating. I think I found monitor cables in 3 different spots in the store before I could find a USB adapter tucked in a back corner with clearance and open box items. And, in the past when I've asked for help I usually end up with someone not from the computer department that isn't familiar with the section at all.
I'd rather drive an hour to a specialty store where they actually help than ever go back.

I was looking at laptops. I needed a new one. I stood in line at the laptops thinking I would get help. There was a guy behind the counter on his phone. He looked up at me and he went back to his phone. I said we'll I am going to BJS they have laptops too. I did stop and buy a soda and the same thing cashiers on their phones not paying attention to customers. 1 kid did drop his phone to ring me up for my soda. I did retail for 38 yrs if I acted the way these kids did I would have been fired.
