The staff in this store were professional, respectful and just all around nice. The person in this picture who’s name I forgot and the other employee Jackie who also assisted us were simply amazing!!

I would give this store no stars if I could as a customer and former employee. On my last night working there, while I was on the floor I watched one of the so called “managers “ going through my cell phone” my personal property without my consent. I’m assuming whatever HE saw in my phone .. he didn’t like.l, because I didn’t receive any more shifts after that night and was essentially let go. I filed a report with HR for the invasion of my privacy and personal property. Just as I Suspected, nothing was done about it and they don’t return my calls. Bath and body works puts kids around my daughters age in positions of management who abuse their privileges. Whatever was in my phone, was my business.. They had no right to invade my privacy or to terminate based off of it because I have proof of your manager going through my cellphone, invading my privacy.. I was given no valid reason why I wasn’t receiving hours.. I called numerous times requesting hours, my calls were ignored.. I only found out I was terminated when I tried to login and my numbers were no longer working . Bath and Body, I suggest you return my calls otherwise I will take further action!

GARBAGE! I'd give it 0 if I could. While I was being rung up some other girl came over and kicked my order and the girl that ringing me up out. How rude! How was that customer more important than me while I was in middle of PAYING!? I WASNT EVEN SURE I GOT CHARGED AT FIRST FOR MY ORDER!!! So rude. And how rude of her to treat her own co-worker like that, too. DONT GO HERE. Bath and Body Works has gone so down hill.

Quality has steadily gone down while prices have gone up. We visited the store to try different scented products before purchasing, but found most items were one-note or two (vanilla, chemicals). With so many retailers offering the same products - with better ingredients - B&BW is no longer a worthwhile option.

Used to like coming here, and was always able to use my coupons, I understand their stacking policy and do separate transactions when asked and never complained before. Until today. Tried to use two coupons could not stack and understood. Leslie, the only one at the register, told me I could only use one which I thought was weird. I almost always come to this bath and body with multiple coupons with no issue. Granted It was only a free hand cream coupon which is absolutely nothing. But I asked another employee if it was allowed to which she kindly replied i definitely can and I should try again. I go up once more, and Leslie, again, refused, and seemed very annoyed. I did not want to waste anymore of my time and energy on this small freebie so I just left. But her attitude left a very bad taste in my mouth and thought I should let others know. I don’t tolerate negative attitude towards anybody and if I were rude I would have understood her reaction, however I was patient the entire time and still received this terrible customer service. Whether it was a bad day or whatever, you shouldn’t dish it out on other people Leslie:( I pity you
