The manager there is rude, don’t feel welcome. It’s like she don’t want people shopping. She rather watch you. If you’re going to keep your eyes on someone please smile and ask if we need help. Asked her what her name was today, she said Alina, even with the bad customer service I still purchase some stuff because I love gap but I will not be returning to this gap. I have also told a friend of mine about the manager Alina, they felt the same as she just watches and follows you and mean mugs you Please train them on customer service, I’ll be looking forward to calling a gap corporate.

I like to "peruse" if one can actually do that to a store like you would a book. It is more than just browsing it is looking for clothes, but doing so while trying to think of the styles the Gap had when i was much much younger. I remember thinking of how tough it must be for traditional retailers to compete with Amazon and other online marketplaces. It was nice to see it clean and well organized.

Great store. The selection was slim for tweens but the sales were very good. Love their jeans. They carried super skinny to loose and boot cut. Corduroy, cover alls and lots of leisure wear. Great customer service. Ask for a military discount if you qualify!

I don't know; the clothes from Gap just aren't that good anymore. I got two pairs of jeans in different colors. Same size and fit. They both fit completely differently. Neither of them fit particularly well. I've been shopping gap for almost my entire life. It's fallen off.
