I didn’t know they existed until my dermatologist gave me a prescription to be filled there. They were responsive and had it ready quickly. I am using it now and it seems to be making a skin condition that I have had for 40 years finally starting to get better. I will use them again!

A whole weekend I have to go with out my meds … I understand I had an insurance delay but they definitely didn’t do their job calling me & letting me know the issue . They texted around 12 noon about me needing to update something , then around 2 pm they finally called & told me what I needed to do . Now 3 hours left for me to be with my kids while tryna scramble and get what they need for my meds to be pushed through ??♀️ mind you my dermatologist appt was Thursday at 9 a.m. I’m disappointed . First time ever client as well . Now behind my ears are oozing & my head is so itchy . No psoriasis meds . I left a voicemail with all my info they needed around 3:30 pm . I never got a call back or anything . Shame on y’all -

When I set it up they were very friendly and professional, and I love how convenient dealing with them is. They text you, hit what you want refilled and sign then your done. Anywhere, then it comes right to your house.

Doctor called in prescription, they processed it through my insurance and let me know when it was ready. Paid via my phone. They delivered quickly. Effortless transaction! Wish all my prescriptions worked like this!
