“Lived there for one year. Quit area. Good communication with management. They are flexible with lease options .
Maintenance was nice and fast responding.
We did have an emergency water issue that happened twice, they responded quickly. Dried and cleaned professionally.

No mice or cockroaches.
Yes there is a lot of people who smoke around our area. Staircases and second floor floors were squeaking even after maintenance worked on it.

Overall good place for a short lease.”

“OK! This is my true and honest review of the Thorn Flats Apartments. I have been living here now for over a year and I can say I absolutely love my apartment I have not had one problem Since I’ve been here, I am a senior citizen, and at first I thought these apartment was for only college kids, so I didn’t know if I should apply or not but I’m glad I did. I love my apartment. I love my building and I love my neighbors. They are a little pricey, but for what you get and the area it might be the normal price I have not interact with the office staff that much, but when I have, they have always been friendly and courteous to me The maintenance guys are some of the nicest young men, they always come in my apartment with the upmost care and respect and take care of the job that they came in to do in a timely manner Tyler is one of the nicest young man I have ever met also, Harry is a great guy as well. I don’t know the other maintenance guys names but they all are nice I do feel this is a safe area and hope they will continue to keep up the good work in this community Thank you Thorn Flats Apartments for giving me a nice place to live.”

“Update on my review: We had an ongoing issue with improperly installed carpet upon move in and Danielle in the office has been wonderful making sure we were taken care of and that the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. We couldn’t be happier with our brand new carpet and a special thank you to Rudy the maintenance supervisor who went above and beyond to make sure the new installation was done and that it was done correctly. Our washing machine broke and not only was the maintenance request responded too quickly we were given a brand new washing machine that works amazing! Seriously, if you are looking for a new apartment you will love living at Coopers Place.

I can’t say enough good things about living at Coopers Place. Danielle in the office is amazing and addresses any concerns immediately. If maintainence is needed they are always here quickly usually the very next day! Sean in the maintainence dept. is exceptional and does really good work and makes sure everything is satisfactory before he leaves. The complex is super quiet and all of the neighbors we have met are friendly and quiet. This is a great place to live and we plan to stay here until we buy a home of our own.”

“I am sad to see so many negative reviews. My neighbors who lives next door said she put a very bad review up. Hey it's Not perfect here, but what is these days. Staff in the office is nice and at least honest and will tel you if there are issues. Maintenace does there best, but it is a very big complex. They are working on the property and head maintenace guy said we are all going to get new windows, so that will be nice.”
