The worst bank I have ever been to in my life! Do not trust your money with them. To start with their banking hours are dumb who can get to the bank 10-4:30? Let’s also talk about the 2 separate occasions I brought in cash to deposit and they deposited into someone else’s account. Or when I go to the bank to deposit over $300 in rolled change but don’t worry they don’t have scepter change at their branches with no explanation as to why they refuse to do except American currency. When you try to call the number on the back of your card to report it stolen or lost the number goes to a medical billing center and takes a million try’s to get in Touch with someone in office. The bank is a joke.

Only option in Newark location is the drive thru. It's such a LONG wait time for each person. Plan on at least 45 min to make a deposit that can't be done online. Please try to work on this issue.

Used to be a good bank, now they have the worst customer service. Doesn't really reflect what credit unions is supposed to be like. Their security is so lax, I am afraid my information is going to be stolen. For a bank that is supposed to serve the local community i'd say they fail in so many ways. Take your money somewhere else.

This specific location moves very slow in the drive through; not sure if it’s due to being understaffed or poor quality technology. Took me 35 minutes today with only 2 cars ahead of me! The lobby hours posted are also not accurate, suppose to be open between 2 and 4 but door is always locked the remaining day after they take lunch. The staff are pleasant when speaking one on one but just overall very slow service sadly.

I use this bank as a shared banking location. I needed a copy of a check I deposited and Kayleigh found it and sent it right to where it needed to go. She saved me.

Good luck reaching anyone on the phones. I have an auto loan and have to call in to pay or come in with cash. They charge a $7 card fee and do not offer auto pay convenience. This bank is traditional and needs to get with the times. Your credit score has to be at a certain standard to even be considered for just a checking account which i never understood so i do not have convenience with this bank. I normally never post reviews but I am hoping one more voiced opinion/review can create change in this bank and help keep potential customers informed on what to expect.
