Wyanita the recpetionist does not have the voice or motivation when taking calls. I wonder if she shows the same attuide with her supervisor. Why is trash answering the phone ? When people are trying to get their health squared away? This is totally unexceptable. I would love to see if Wynita keeps her after they get less tricare referrals. Lets see who deals with Wynita's attitude than.

As others said, they overbook, which causes you to wait well after your appointment time, almost an hour in my case. My appointment was a phone call, and likely was would be a lower priority if they had many people waiting at their office.
But the doctor was nice and reviewed many different aspects of why i was seen.

This place is a scam created to make money by falsely diagnosing people,some people may have sleep apnea but not all ,to boost their income every one that visits has sleep apnea.The Doctor is only there 1 day a week ,but the business is open 5 days during the week,how is this convenient for the patients, it's not.This place should be investigated for falsely diagnosing people and milking the insurance companies .

Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this place if you need a sleep study done. They don’t tell you that there is no doctor at the facility only a nurse. They don’t tell you this until after you’ve had your study done then you have to wait almost 2 weeks for their contracted doctor to come in to sign off on the study. They only have a nurse who can treat you. I didn’t have a choice but to accept an appt with the nurse. Unfortunately, the nurse was in an accident on the day of my appointment so of course they called to reschedule. I expressed that I hope their nurse was ok but if she’s injured and they don’t know when/if she will be back, I’m also dealing with a serious health issue and they’ve already made me wait & continue to suffer for over 3 weeks. I started asking about what alternative do I have (another dr/nurse) as a patient to get my diagnosis addressed. Since my situation has gotten to the point of being possibly dangerous to my health or even my life, I started asking a staff member named Alicia questions to see if they have an outside doctor or another nurse that I could see. She said she was offended because I was asking for alternative options to resolve my health issues after their nurse was in an accident and she hung up on me. I have never seen anyone in a medical office be so rude to a patient who also has a serious medical condition. She hung up on me which made it very clear that she could care less about their patients health. Alicia should not be permitted to even interact with patients if she is ok with clearly letting patients know their health doesn’t matter if one of their staff members has a health issue. This is very dangerous and could possibly be deadly to a patient so please find a different sleep study facility that actually cares about their patients and have staff members that carry themselves in a professional manner. I did call back after being hung up on and I reached another staff member named Kelly. I asked her if the calls were recorded so that when I figure out who oversees this medical facility, I will be able to let them hear what was said and how Alicia behaved. Kelly said the calls were recorded so please BEWARE! I told Kelly that if Alicia could treat any patient in a situation like this, she shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near ANY patient!

The just of my poor review without going into personal details: dr. Aaron has 3 offices in 3 states and no physician assistant or nurse practitioner to read results or move forward with testing if he is on vacation. It's all about the money for him and getting as many clients as possible. Not only was my job in jeopardy because of his delay in returning paperwork the government agencies for my leave and licensure, his office staff said legally he has 30 days to fill out and return paperwork. He is fully aware I can't drive or work until he signs off on the sleep study and faxes the paperwork. I would NOT advise his office for testing.

If you have time to sit in the waiting room for 2+ hours past your appointment time, all to see the doctor for a total of 10 minutes of his time where he barely listens to what you have to say that this is the place for you. Been going here almost 6 months and every experience has been terrible. Never going back again! Don’t waste your time, just find another place to go to.

Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and kind. The NP was very helpful and listened and went out of her way to help me. Highly recommend.

I arrived on time at 8:40am for an appointment only to find no one at the office and the door locked. Totally unprofessional, esp. since I was given a confirmation call a few days prior to verify.

After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive about going there. Since my doctor recommended them, I figured I would give it a try. They are wonderful! The NP is very caring and listens to what you are saying. The office staff is terrific and very accommodating. I needed to arrive at a later time for my study and they made the necessary arrangements, so I did not have to reschedule. I would highly recommend!

150 dollars????? that's how much they are trying to bill me for canceling my appointment. I gave them ample time to find a replacement which is all they will do.anyways. what is the 150 dollars about. I'm a hard working father of 3 kids and this is what I get? emergencies happen all the time in my home when dealing with kids and I have to be there for them

This place is a sham. They are overbooked and only care about selling CPap machines. I dont have a vehicle and am on too many meds to drive anyway and they've given me nothing but grief. I had a 10:30 phone appointment today but was told by the staff that the doctor only does the phone calls after his patients have left. It's now been 5 hours since I've talked to them. AVOID.

I was having a hard time just thinking about staying overnight in an unfamiliar place, I was very nervous and anxious. When I finally arrived for my study I automatically felt very calm when I met Raysa. She was the absolute best. She was friendly, caring and also made me feel very comfortable..

I have to say to try another sleep canter, there are a few in Delaware. Everything was great up until the second time I went there to sleep so that they could figure out the settings that I would need for my machine. Up until then, the were professional and courteous. Since then it has been 6 weeks and still no machine. I call the equipment company and they say they’ve never received the orders from ASM for my machine and have no idea who I am. I call ASM and Jennifer says “Oh we sent that, I have a confirmation” and “ I’ll send it again and I’ll send you a copy of the new confirmation” I still haven’t gotten that new confirmation and can only assume that my machine isn’t on order. 6 WEEKS! For a simple process of ordering my machine. Try somewhere else. ***Side note: Alicia in the office at ASM was awesome but she can only do so much when her coworkers fail.
