My 16 yr old son works out at alpha. They do a great job with sport specific training!!!!

Excellent gym for those who like to get after it. Everything you need ranging from SkiErg, Power Rack, Tractor tires, Turf field, sledge hammers, DBs, Bands, Punching bag, Box jumps, Indo board, Trx Straps, Cable Machines, Deadlift platforms, etc. Reasonable pricing. Only ingredient left is your will to crush it.
