We have now used Alpha towing twice and both times they have responded promptly to our calls. On one occasion they went above and beyond at a car dealer who made them wait for 45 min to pick up our car. Great service and will definitely use again if we need to. ??

Walmart didn’t have my tire so called and he brought my tire to me and installed it in the Walmart parking lot. Fast, efficient and affordable serving. Definitely will be using him again ?

Absolutely bad customer service called them they told me it’ll take 30 minutes at 2:45 they tell me there’s a bit of traffic we call back at 4:20 he says he’s still 45 minutes away and we tell him to cancel he starts cursing us out

In Jan of 24 I had a flat tire in Newark on a snowy evening. In my haste to find help I called a couple different RSA companies. Alpha towing and Recovery. Was the first to arrive (30 min). The technician got right to work and changed my flat tire out with my spare, charged me only $140 and I was on my way. I would rate thier service as top notch. What I didn't realize at the time was that another RSA company( NRA Dispatch)who had gotten my credit card information (I gave it to them) charged my credit card an amount of $246! They never showed up nor did they contact me. They told me they would be there in 30 min and they were not. When I disputed this transaction with my bank; my bank said it was my word against NRA Dispatch. This is where Alpha towing & Recovery came to my aid again! When I explained to Alpha what had happened with being charged twice they promptly worked with me sending me all the invoices and data that proved they(Alpha) were the providers of said service. As far as I'm concerned Alpha towing & Recovery helped me out from more than one tight spot and I cannot express my gratitude enough that they went above and beyond thier call of service to help this struggling consumer out. While NRA Dispatch FORGED my signature on the invoice slip! Am hoping that someone reading this will avoid this kind of corruption in the future.
