Aldo in Christiana Mall is very unprofessional and the workers bad customer service. The Store was supposed to open at 11am the associate arrived at 11:40am. She has been in the store for over 2 hours and store still has not opened yet. Security was asked to see what the issue was and after talking to the associate he was very dismissive and told the associate to opening whenever you open. They just lost a loyal customer?

Was at the store at 7:40 pm to return an item. The store closes at 8pm but the door was locked already. They said the mall closes at 8pm but we close whenever we want if we have some work. I was pretty surprised with their reply.

I've bought so many shoes from this location, yet I've just had the opportunity to fully experience their HORRIBLE customer service! I made a couple of purchases last week, and I ended up NOT needing one of the items, so I brought it back a week later in the original packaging WITH the receipt. Yet despite this, the condescending cashier is going to tell me that the item I bought is the "exception" to their return policy and refused to allow me to return it. She did not care that I was not notified verbally, on my receipt or within the store that that item was not returnable!After leaving the store, I ended up contacting Aldo customer service, and they quickly and easily sent an email permitting me to make the return. It just so happened that the condescending cashier was still in the store when I came back, and after I returned my item she had the nerve to say "Jesus lord" and gripe to another customer about me while I was still in earshot! VERY unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude! They need to do better!

Worst customer service ever, disrespectful employee didn’t give the customer a chance to explain what they need , yeld and said you saw what’s written on the receipt no box no return, why you came to me and ask .I bought last week a 90 $ shoes I was trying to figure out a solution , exchanging it or try a way to fix it because it was broken from first time . He continued to yell .

The Customer service at the Christiana Mall location is consistently poor. Not greeted or approached to offer help when I entered the store. One Sales person literally sitting on check out counter talking to the to the other sales person about personal matters. As I approach them I am asked by one of them what size? I decide to purchase only because I love the ankle boots. I was barely thanked for my purchase. A very cold transaction. I felt unappreciated as a customer.

The staff is absolutely horrible. Train your staff to not be discriminating and rude. Absolutely worst customer service. Took my business elsewhere. They close at least 30 min before closing time I'm sure corporate would love how they lost a $500 sale because "they close whenever they want."
