Horrible service. Accused me of doing stuff I didn't. Try to charge me a lot for something that was fix in no time and was cheaper somewhere else. Horrible customer service

Whenever my family and I want to make trips for the holidays, Jessica comes to the rescue. Very helpful, nice and makes sure we are happy when we get the keys and when we drop off the car !!!

Car was fine. Opted for deductible waiver at 11.00 per day. Had the car from 9 am 10/17 until 4 pm 10/18....Was charged two full days of waiver at 11.00 total 22.00 plus tax. Called and spoke to Jessica, and she was argumentative and would not prorate the deductible, saying "I'm not going to prorate only $11.00." Is this great customer service? My car was in for repair at Porter Chevrolet, and was called and arrived at 4 pm, so could not come until then. I know it's a small amount of money but the principle is what irks me, and unwillingness to bend just so they can extract my 11 bucks more for the second day.

Good service
