I appreciate that Doug makes sure that his crew fixes my car to his, and ultimately, to my satisfaction each time I take it in. My most recent visit on July 16 involved replacing the right front tire of my car. I had driven it over a curb and, thanks to a kind gentleman who stopped to help me put on the spare in 101-degree temperature, I was able to drive to Admiral just in time before it closed. Doug ordered a new tire and assured me that it will be ready to be mounted as soon as I arrive the next day (and sure enough, it was, in less than 20 mins.) All in all, it was a relatively stress-free experience for me, thanks to the good Samaritan and Admiral!

I've been bringing my 2004 Dodge Dakota pickup truck to Admiral Tire for The Last 5 Years. They provide good quality parts and installation. They are excellent at troubleshooting all different type problems with vehicle. Doug has very good communication skills when informing me of the part failures and recommended fixes.

I’ve been dealing with this place since February of 2023. This place completely damaged my driver door. After getting a simple window regulator replaced, the banged my door and left damage to the paint on the outside. I opened my door after getting my keys back and the panel was completely off. I could just grab the whole thing and put it in the trunk. Pry marks all over the inside of my window button console as well. Scratch marks on my window itself. They tried 3 times to address and made it even worse. The chrome piece on my window is broke because of them.
I was supposed to go back to get my window replaced but I’ve been fighting cancer and couldn’t go back to deal with car troubles.
A year later, my car died so I tried to open my car with the key. My physical key couldn’t even open the door because they forgot to put the mechanism that allows me to open my car with the key back on. Because of this, my car had to be broken into by Carmax Roadside Assistance in order to get in. Now my door won’t close properly. They agreed to replace my window and button console. Guess what: They ordered the window from Amazon and it is not a Honda window, which will bring the value of my car down if I want to sell it. The new button console has even more pry marks on it. Shame on everyone at Admiral Tire (Rob, Bob, Dave, and Doug) who worked on my car.

Transparency is key. The shop manager takes time to explain the repairs needed as well as the process behind the diagnosis making you feel comfortable that you aren't being ripped off. I don't mind paying for services that are needed and I will always bring my vehicle back to a trusted mechanic. Happy I found this location. Reduces the anxiety of car repair.
