I called in store to ask about a pair of jeans and the customer service was absolutely horrible. The employee I was speaking too was extremely rude, and not helpful at all. I have never had a bad customer service experience at any Abercrombie and Fitch location, so this was very disappointing.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. I called to see if someone could help me track an order to see what date it would get to my house and the employee said she couldn’t do that and I needed to ask customer service. Then I asked what is their number and she said, “you can look it up on Google actually.”

Although this is one of my favorite stores of all time . This location sucked . The lack of inventory was sad .

I had placed an order on the app and the app said I would be able to pick it up same day in store. I placed the order since I knew I was going to be in the mall later in the day. I thought it would be easy to order in the app make sure I buy it so my size wouldn't sell out. When I arrived they let me know the printer wasn't working so I would not be able to pick up the item. That they would have to ship my item to the store and I would have to pick it up later. The store had my size jacket in stock. I asked if I would be able to take that jacket since it was in my size. I was told no I had to wait for it to be shipped to the store. The gentleman I spoke to was very apathetic gave me a very disingenuous \\\"Sorry about that\\\" apology. Did not try to make it right in any way. It is best to shop elsewhere. I do not recommend.
