Was there for fingerprinting. Very slow, had to wait extra 30 minutes. Why require appointment if it’s not going to be honored. Girl at the desk wasn’t helpful or professional.

I've Been Waiting For A Tow For 2 Hours Just For Them To Say The Person Who Is Towing Me Said They Aren't Towing Anyone Else. I Requested A Tow A 1 Am. It's Currently 3 Am And The "Supervisor" is Saying They Don't Have Anyone Else In The Area So It May Take A Few More Hours. If You Need An Emergency Tow I Beg You, Go To Anywhere Else But AAA. If I Could've Give Them A 0 I Would. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Get Your Money For Your Membership Back!!!

Triple AAA customer service are by far the sweetest people EVER!!! Both times I called the ladies were so helpful and nice .. they make sure your taken care of and make everything a lot easier . Thank you… if I can give them a thousand stars I would.. i don’t know if they were from this location I called the 800 number on my card for roadside assistance but they are amazing..

I'm still broke down after 5 hours on the highway and 3 hours of calling AAA!!! Is IT REALLY worth THE MEMBERSHIP?¿? No calls no texts no service nothing no heat. It's freezing! Three AAA driver finally showed and then almost killed me.

Terrible. Wasted half of my work day waiting 4 1/2 hours before I had to cancel my pick up request. Received an ETA and even 2 hours afterwards no heads up or anything. Don’t waste your money or time.Just wanted to update that my car was finally about to get picked up at 9PM. 9PM. I called them at 2PM.

I have a gold membership. I was going to ask for a little advice about a piece of our upcoming trip. I was told that it was going to cost $100 to just ask a couple of questions with the travel agent.

Good morning to my fellow Americans, I was at AAA store on Christiana Newark Delaware. With just a question on identogo , there was a AAA associate by name LILY , she asked me to sit down and wait, I sat down and waited for 25 minutes, then she asked me to move to another seat, she was very disrespectful human being I have never seen in my entire adult life, first of all she is FAT , not good looking with that attitude, she then said I can’t help you after sitting down for 30 minutes for a question about finger print. Please when you visit that store please ask for someone else not SOB LILY.

I went there to have my Fingerprints taken. I was waiting on by Lily, a very nasty rude obnoxious person who speaks very demeaning to those that she service truly not the caliber of employee that AAA hires to service customers. She should be retrained and reassign to a non customer contact position.

Easy to pay become a membership, hard and waste a lot time to get any service from them! I travel a lot and been a member for more than two years, never had a call that easily solved my problems. Every time has different problems from dispatch or driver or pay extra for tolls when I need a tow! (Which DE premier members don’t need to pay toll by their policy). And I just waste my whole weekend for a free battery benefit and still didn’t get the battery! Lots of troubles! I can write a book to list how many troubles you will meet when you need their services! Just cancelled my membership renewal, I am tired with AAA! Thanks!
