Went in yesterday night the employee had the most disgusting attitude the entire time, when asked why he seemed so upset he went on saying how the owners are forcing him to do things for the same pay, how he hates training people, how they only staff him on busy nights etc. so sad

I HATE going to this 7-11 afternoon to night. I have put off this review but it has been several years and have decided I am sick of the mistreatment. I live nearby and only go for the distance convenience. This clerk clearly has an issue with women. He is mostly respectful of men but when it comes to waiting on me, he clearly has better things to do, staring at a computerized gadget or the phone or even just standing there. I have never done anything to this guy but feel every time I come in, it's a problem. I am a rewards member and he tries to bypass the phone number function and makes me wait an ungodly amount of time before authorizing my 7-11 discounts. I WILL be making a formal complaint with headquarters. Do any other women experience this type of treatment or is it just me?

Walked in and stood at the counter for awhile before finally catching the attention of the employee clearly engrossed in something else. Then when I asked for the mini-tacos...he reached in for the little cardboard boats with his bare hands. Clearly sanitation and food handling is not their priority at this location.

Half the time they’re closed. Too expensive to waste gas driving around to see if they’re open or not. Better off going someplace else like Wawa or Royal Farms.

ALWAYS THE SAME GENTLEMAN WORKING NO MATTER THE TIME OF DAY OR EVENING MONTH OR THE RECENT FEW YEARS. HE IS RESPECTFUL ALWAYS AND FRIENDLY*! I DO NOT NORMALLY REVIEW 7 Elevens though I always choose them over other stores similar and some I tell myself I every time I will never give them my business again and I do keep my word after a couple times trying again. I say this because I find them UNAMERICAN IN THEIR RUDE JUST GIVE ME YOUR MONEY AND GET OUT ATTITUDE AND LOOK IN EXPRESSING THEMSELVES TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.
