Was at window at 559pm they said closed. Held up phone 600pm they said can't help you. Will not use usps in future just not efficient.

I ordered USPS boxes via usps. com in August. They were sent in two separate packages. The 2nd was only send after I sent a complaint on usps. They both have been sitting (according to the last tracking update) in the Wilmington USPS distribution center since SEPTEMBER. It is now OCT 11. These boxes were ordered for a business. Normally I have full faith in USPS and use it all the time, but why is it taking over 2 months to get merchandise that the USPS offers?? Order# o1451900095 UPDATE OCT 27: finally received

They literally "lost" two of my incoming packages that were gifts. They don't update tracking info and I was told by staff "sorry it's a busy time of year

Rude customer service. That Asian woman was rude and would not let me ship my unless I bought their tape. She also yelled out, " we don't give out tape for free" I had to drive to the one near Fox Run and they shipped it without any concerns!

Beware if you have disability walking . Used the automated postal service in the lobby for a 16 x13 package and the package mail box would not open so I could drop the box off. Luckily this happened during day when the post office was open. Had to struggle and walk in to find one person waiting on many.. if the post office had been closed as a disabled person I would not have been able to mail my package. everything must be accessible to those with disabilities

I spoke with someone on the phone so I never actually went in the office. She was rude and very in helpful. I had mail 8 pieces of mail a month later none had made it to where they where supposed to go. I mail the from Newport. I called to find out what the problem was. A week later I received all piece of mail back saying they where undeliverable no reason. So I called again and the person taking the report gave both reports to the Newcastle on instead of Newport. Someone from Newcastle called me back two weeks later. She said that I needed to speak to Newport but would not transfer the complaint and she would not tell me who to speak to be it just list the 800 number. I do not live near Newport I was just in the area the day I mail the items. Then she said that it was to late anyway because it should have research earlier. I took them over 3 week to call me back. I understand that the person writing the request was to blame but she could have contact that person and let them know it was the wrong post office. Plus she was rude. I will never go to this post office if they can not even do there jobs.
