Update with official response from Wawa with an absolutely wild company policy:
"Hi Tamara!
Thank you for taking the time to contact Wawa.
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed to find we do not have baby changing stations available in the public restrooms within our stores. As you may know, customer and associate safety is our focus. Due to space and safety concerns we no longer have diaper changing stations available in any of our restrooms. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your visit."
This store doesn’t have changing tables for babies. There’s definitely room in the bathroom, so it seems like choices were made… family unfriendly choices for sure.
Kid-friendliness: No changing stations.

Just left your store order a Turkey and cheese sandwich lettuce tomato mayo extra meat and cheese I got no lettuces no mayonnaise and the salt and pepper was on the bread I had to go back to work so I couldn't bring it back

I was at this Wawa today with my mother it was a woman in there who refused to serve me tobacco Products after I showed her my id she was very rude and after we told the Manager he didn’t acknowledge it we will not be going back there I hope that lady gets fired terrible customer service ps she was very disrespectful ???? don’t recommend nobody to shop there

Worst Wawa ever in the entire Delaware. They see me everyday and still ask my id. They don’t process untill they see the id evn if am a regular customer. Especially that tina who does too late and can’t take a picture. I lost my id and wallet twice being

This is the best wawa salad I've ever had. I get them often (from other locations), but usually they're bland or even bad. But this is the freshest, tastiest one I have ever gotten, and it's absolutely packed with toppings. The guy who made it even gave me two cups of dressing unprompted. It took a long time for the order to come out, but I'll take the wait if I can keep getting fresh salads! Keep it up y'all :)

If i could give a 0 I WOULD! Night service from the food and beverage manager was despicable! She rolled her eyes at me before I could ask a question about my order then when I asked someone else she proceed to get smart with me then walked off. Horrible service I rather take the extra drive to another wawa when I get off work! Do better on who you select as managers to run your business!! I have taken all steps to contact the corporate office tonight and will make sure i contact them again first thing in the morning when they open. A matter so small was handled horribly!

This Wawa is disgusting and the customer service is bad. When it comes to the manager James is very disrespectful and he doesn't know how to speak to customers. The deli, and where they keep their snacks is not very clean. They keep cleaning supplies next to the food. I would not recommend.

Every time i come in the same person seems unhappy working there. Today i am standing there waiting for the coffee with another customer. All we needed was the fresh coffee to be put out. It was made and it was ready. She looks at us, does not acknowledge us or nothing, continued to do whatever she was doing. It takes 2 seconds to replace. I don’t know what her issue i but it seems she does not like POCs. I don’t think i will be coming back there.

This store has a major theft problem.Just minutes ago, I watched a group of teen-agers walk in, grab $20 worth of merchandise, including tobacco, and walk right out the door without paying.
