was my favorite WAWA up until recently. I understand this is probably one of the busiest locations and it gets hectic. HOWEVER the customer service at this location has greatly declined within the past few months. Today my experience was, sandwich just sitting on the counter nobody was calling out numbers, at one point there was about 6 sandwiches sitting on the counter, after standing there for a good 15 minutes I walked up and saw my # and took my sandwich, the person behind the counter had ZERO interaction with customers. This was my GO-to WAWA... but not anymore.

I prepaid for gas at the counter. When I went to pump the gas no prepaid amount shows on the gas pump. Went back in to let the cashier know that I didn't receive the gas but the money was taken from my checking account. She says the money for gas is on hold by my bank. There is nothing that they can do. To have a nice day. No apology. They don't even know why it happens. This happened before and a manager corrected the issue. The store staff did not believe me. I've worked for several banks and I know that the bank does not place holds on transactions. The merchant does. Once the receipt is sent in by the merchant the pending charge should post without the $15 added. So not only am I out of $15 until the bank returns the money but I had to go out of my way to another gas station. I wasn't paying a second time and be out of more money. This has also happened to my husband at this location also. Advice is to pay cash at this location for any gas you need or go somewhere else. What an inconvenience.

Good place to get something quick.
Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: I have a no salt diet, Mediterranean diet.
Parking: Handicap ? parking in front of store
Kid-friendliness: Have kids meals. Also have pizza after 4p.m.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Based on the deplorable conditions of the MENS' ROOM on Saturday evening/Sunday morning, June 8 and 9, 2024, I was AFRAID to wash my hands; let alone order FOOD! ?????
The clientele had to be the SCARIEST I've seen in a very LONG time (and I used to work here!)! The Cashier even looked like a zombie!
This store has gone WAAAAAAY downhill on ANY shift; MOST ESPECIALLY the 11pm to 7am shift!
After being in this store, I had to come home and SHOWER!

I can’t understand how you have 2 employees in the food/beverage area and not even one acknowledged my mobile order. The one kid came from the back and looked right at the screen and walked away! It took me to get the guy at the front register to have them make my drinks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WAWA FOR ANYTHING.

I love everything about WAWA. The gas pump and more so the food & snacks. The coffee here is always good. I make it a point to stop by here when I’m passing through the highway. It usually gets quite busy here since the Amazon fulfillment center is nearby. With that being said, I’m a bit disappointed by the attention span of the food preparation. This is the 2nd time they gave me bacon when I specifically did not request it. I unchecked the bacon BOX on the kiosk. The counter person even assigned the wrong ticket to my sandwich box until I asked her for my meal. That’s when I opened it in front of her to check if they got my order correct. Sadly they got it wrong. She said she can remove the bacon. What’s the purpose of that? It’s already tainted, some individuals do not eat bacon or meat…. My suggestion, less chit chat and more focus PLEASE ??

After a week of wanting bagels with EXTRA cream cheese wawa has not delivered at all. if i wanted lite or regular cream cheese i would’ve selected that option but i put extra for a reason i mean for $2.79 my request could have at the very least been fulfilled i’m so disappointed lol at the point where i’m not even going to come to wawa for bagels anymore. I even asked the girl if there was extra cream cheese and she said yes. so not only are you stingy you’re liars also sad. just down right sad. i hope in the near future when someone requests extra cream cheese you lather it on there; I will say the cashiers are always the nicest people i meet there!
