I visited here on 6/13/23 between 7:00pm and 8:00pm and I just want to say that the two individuals working, both the gentleman behind the counter and the security guard were absolutely amazing. I have been trying to use these OTC cards and have run into nothing but trouble with them. Originally I tried to use them at Walmart on Wilton Blvd the day before and the associate at customer service was rude and very disrespectful and completely unwilling to help me. The gentleman working behind the counter at this Walgreens was nice, patient and helpful. Very understanding that my husband and I were new to these cards and what exactly they covered. We were trying to get diapers for our younger children and he wouldn’t stop helping us until we were able to pay for them with these cards. The security guard was just a very friendly man. Talked to me and was sympathetic to the issues we were having. A woman customer walked up to be helped while we were trying to figure out the cards and I asked if they could take her first and she was so sweet and also understanding and she expressed she had a picture to get as well. Just an overall excellent experience and unfortunately people are always too willing to share negative experiences but not the good. I wish I had gotten the associate and security guards names. They deserve something for the excellent demeanor. Anyways, just wanted to share. Thank you both again!

I have been going to this pharmacy for years but it has just gone downhill in the past few years. I was told they never got a refill request for my daughter's medication so I called her doctor and they stated that this Walgreens location gave them confirmation that they got the refill request. I then call the pharmacy to see if they could figure out what is going on with this prescription and the girl I spoke to on the phone was very rude and no help what so ever. This is a medication my daughter is supposed to take daily and because it is something they don't keep in stock she will now be out of her prescription even though I always call in the medication request at least a week ahead of time so that we don't have this exact issue.

All Walgreens stores are busy but this one has more employees than most of them do to keep up with the flow. I just wish that all of the other ones would take a clue from this store.

It saddens me to have to give such a negative review of the pharmacy I love going to. I scheduled a 6:30 p.m Shingrix vaccine. I was fine when the young man stated that I needed to “refill” out the form I had done online, due to a system issue. When the young man called me back at 7:00 to administer the vaccine, I heard the pharmacist say to the young man, “Make sure you clean the arm good with alcohol.” I asked the young man what his credentials were that would allow him to administer vaccinations. When I entered into the back room, it was only what I can describe as NASTY!!! There was what looked like a “used” cotton ball along with little pieces of paper all over the floor. When I pointed it out to him, he looked around the room as if everything was okay. I worked in the medical field as a Medical Office Assistant and CNA over 33 years ago, and I KNOW how important it is to keep areas where patients are seen sanitized. I was very disappointed, and left without getting my shot. We are retired military, and I will be reporting this to the appropriate department. I did let one of the supervisors know upon exiting the store. I have never had a problem with prescription refills, and I appreciate everything the staff does, but please let this be the last time this happens.

Pharmacy sucks!!! They never have your prescriptions ready on time. Doesn’t matter the time of day you drop off your prescription they never have it ready. I’m so done with them!!’ Taking my business anywhere else.

This place is a joke, I get the same medication every month and have for years and for whatever reason they just cant keep it in stock. Every month its out of stock and I have to wait for it. They have decreased their hours and are closed on weekends. The pharmacy staff have absolutely no clue whats going on they need training.

ALL the employees..Are professional, most of the time they walk with me to help me find a product that I couldn't find...means alot..Also RX is always wonderful and go out of there way for me. I live on the side street from it 31 years.. 2 mins away...convenient

Terrible experience. Waste of my time. I will never attempt to get a prescription here ever again, over my dead body! Seriously thinking of canceling all business to other Walgreens now too.

They don't open until 9? Are they serious. Just go to Rote Aid instead. They are open.

Please I repeat PLEASE do not use this Walgreens for your prescriptions. I get monthly prescriptions and every single time I go to get them they never have them on time. Sometimes they give me partial prescriptions for like 3 days or they don’t give me anything at all. They seem under staffed because there is always very long lines for the pharmacy. Super inconvenient to wait 30 minutes to get to the counter just to be told they don’t have it and to come back tomorrow. I highly suggest using a different pharmacy.

This place is so decrepit and run down. It's pathetic. It's also the slowest. If you like standing in line for over 35 minutes, this is the place for you. Avoid at all costs.
