“Overall, my experience was very quick, easy, and as painless as buying a new vehicle can be. Sanaa was very helpful and the manager was also forthcoming with information when asked. The one thing I wished could have been better was knowing more about the specific pieces of paperwork that we had to sign. I’ve been through this process before, but we were buying for someone who’s never had their own vehicle before and they felt like they were just roped along without fully understanding the process. A new buyer may prefer more handholding. Otherwise, I will definitely consider CARMART, specifically this location, in the future.”

He made sure everything with my car was good for me to get back-and-forth to work. He called and did follow-ups, when I needed additional repairs he sent me to a mechanic that was nearby my home, and even sent me an email and a text on my birthday! So, by chance we happened to drive by and saw this Range Rover and we stopped and met the salesman, John. He was extremely helpful especially working with the financial institution that I was working with. So, we did have a minor problem, the battery had to be replaced. And usually when you buy a used car it is an as is condition. So I was introduced to Lee Price the General Manager. Let me tell you something, this man is such a professional. He completely worked with me. To get the battery replaced. Other than that, the car rides great. I strongly recommend this place.
