Ups is the absolute worse customer service I have ever dealt with! They don't care at all and I will do everything I can't to avoid ever using them again. Losing a lot of momey because I can't pick up a package sitting in the warehouse. They have a profit of 1 billion and can't even do a good job on customer service!!!Even after I messaged them back per below, still useless customer service and can't pick up my package at warehouse.

Been waiting for contacts with a 1 day delivery time for a full week. Been at the next city for two days. Would’ve been better off picking them up from UPS myself.

If I could leave a negative I would. PAID OVER 250 FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. The facility SCANNED A LABEL instead of the physical package and I waited because the app said it was on the way. IT WAS NEVER ON THE WAY. The negligence of this company has costed me over 5K. And ALL THEY CAN SAY IS SORRY. You will be hearing from my lawyers.

Arrogant employee, doesn't care about customers' time. Had to wait long time at front desk with no one in sight, when the person showed up - goes on to lecture about "Patience" instead of apologizing for the wait. If you expect customers to wait then post a sign saying so. I am all for multitasking front desk as long as you keep your customers informed!! Not gonna use UPS service...will go to other mailing services that treat customers respectfully.Forgot to mention pathetic service about delivering packages..they attempt delivery at home/residence during business hours ..which is fine. And then they give you option to hold package at a nearby UPS store for a fee of $6!! So even after paying shipping charges, the recipient is expected to pay $6 to hold a package...Wow, what a business model. Whoever came up with this brilliant idea at UPS, please promote that guy and continue losing your business.I echo other review here about filing claim for lost package. Claim filing process is cumbersome, UPS has made the process painful on purpose so that customers eventually give up after countless follow-ups for no mistake of their own. I had lost a package last year that is not yet traced and not reimbursed either!!! I stopped wasting my time after speaking to hundreds of ups customer service reps that parrot the same line after I narrate the 15 minute story about my lost package.

cancelled appts to be here for my very important 1 day delivery. didn't knock or ring doorbell, just left notice and left. not the first time this has happend. this is unacceptable and ridiculous. now i have to cancel another dr. appt.

If i could leave a negative star i would. I am so flabbergasted right now i can’t even find the words. I have been dealing with a package for a month now. Since its international UPS is trying to collect the $100 from and didn’t even try to contact the merchant. I did instead but when the merchant tried to pay the import fee they were told that it was too late and the package was being sent back. After that UPS tried to deliver again and i refused and requested it be sent back to merchant. Waiting two weeks no updates UPS says i asked for a hold and pick up and attempted to deliver and ask for Cod again after i refused and requested to send back. Went to the center to speak to someone and they told me that merchant has to pay to ship back. I told merchant and then they paid the fee. Bc i put in a claim the cust center called me and said the merchant paid and they will deliver. I told her that no it was paid to go back to the merchant not me. The next day you can guess what happened. The driver attempted to deliver the package this time asking for $125 wth man!!!! Is this how you’re paying your drivers more salary by ripping customers off!!!!! This company eventually will have a class action lawsuit- mark my words and view this review a few yrs from now!

This is the UPS Customer service. I wish I could leave a zero for UPS. They damaged my item and approved the claim right away. It has been 2 months since I filed a claim and I am still trying to get paid. It was only for $20.00 It has not been worth the headache that I am now getting or the money they are paying to give me the run a round. They tell me today that I need to request the money back. The only way I would ever deal with them is if I had no other choice.

Horrible communication. I simply just wanted to speak to a representative on the phone about picking up my package but I just kept being put through to a machine... its extremely frustrating. I still don't have my package at this time also.

Pretty quick, make sure to have your ID & tracking # ready and you’ll be out in no time. Be careful in the night bc there aren’t street lights so you can miss the entrance.

I want to speak to an actual person because my package was sent to the wrong address and the auto person isn’t connecting me to one. The phone kept hanging up. Terrible communication and poor delivery skills.

Had2 journey to the UPS CENTER & speak2 a Supervisor (PATRICK) - VERY professional, empathetic. I felt reassured that he would resolve my issue with a driver.

The Driver's are lazy!!!! Leave packages in various spots down the driveway or by the trash cans at end of drive!!!! Spoke to driver and he continues to leave packages where ever he pleases!!!! What happened to customer service and delivering to the house???? Awful Service!!!!
