DO NOT...I am saying it again...DO NOT EVER take their services..!!
They are just harassing their customers by first breaking their promises made during estimation of delivery..then damages and worst service is now not being provided credit back even after promised 12 days back.
Their customer service department has a lovely excuse that their finance department is not picking up their call or responding to their text/email so a customer has to wait indefinitely for the expected credit.
This is worst movers service experience, I have gone through.

You guys ARE the best!!! This is the 2nd time that I've had the pleasure of having this company move my belongings to another location. Moving is completely stressful in all way; but, the office team, the 3 awesome guys who moved me , made this part of relocating the easiest part for me! They wrapped all of my furniture, stopped what they were doing to answer any questions, and they were just so thoughtful and kind. We felt like we knew them all of our lives. They wasted no time; never stopped working and it was really hot! Don't even waste your time searching for anyone else. Two Men and a Truck IS THE BEST!
Thanks you guys!! We appreciate all that you did!! Be proud of yourselves!!

My move with them was 6 months ago and the experience is still weighing on me. The estimation and scheduling process was easy. Had three movers, who were very friendly and courteous. But those are the only positives. First issue is they were so slow. Took many breaks. On their phones too much. Took an hour lunch. They charge by the hour, so this is a problem for the client that they did not seem to recognize or care. I also smelled marijuana near the truck mid-move and within the truck when I was settling up. I emailed and called after the move to let their managers know. It took months to get back to me. They acknowledged “downtime” and offered a small reimbursement only if I could say that I would be able to recommend them in the future. I said no, so ended up paying for time they were admittedly doing nothing. Breaks are important, that’s not the problem, but why does the client pay for that? And why only reimburse for acknowledged off time if I say I’ll be able to recommend them? They also didn’t believe me that I smelled marijuana. They swept that under the rug real quick. Said they have cameras in the truck and didn’t see anything. Well the smell stays on a person so they could’ve smoked elsewhere. Last thing, I’m missing the legs and hardware to my bed. On them, they took it apart and moved it and now I can’t put it back together. There’s more wasted money.

They canceled our service due to “ Unsanitary reasons” said they would refund our money and it’s been 2 months going back and forth and still haven’t gotten our money! We hired movers that day to replace their service and they said they don’t understand why they said it’s unsanitary it was just smelly due to my husband leaving trash out by the door! Ended up paying $500 instead of $2k we would have paid with these people but still want our deposit back! This is ridiculous at this point!

I had used Two Men and a Truck for a prior move and didn't hesitate contacting them 2 more times for both my daughter's move out of my condominium and my move into it. The 4 gentlemen who came were efficient and so pleasant to work with. They even finished thr job earlier than expected saving my a significant amount of money on my move. I highly recommend this company.

Poor and expensive service. Very unprofessional. They broken my marble door steps, my window frame, my dresser leg, my couch leg without replacing or repair them or any money return.. the movers was not able to get my couch inside the house and they left it outside. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY HIRING THEM!

They broken my marble door steps, my window frame, my dresser leg, my couch leg without replacing or repair them or any money return.. the movers was not able to get my couch inside the house and they left it outside. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY HIRING THEM!

their service was one of the worst experiences in my life. if i could put a negative score I would . the crew was not adequately experienced or enough to move our belongings. first of all they were late because the first track failed to start. while I prepared them a detailed list of every item , they seemed frustrated and some heavier items were dropped down the stairs. by midday the crew was pretty tired and continuing with the move to the new house , they broke my couch which they failed to carry through the door and left outside , they broke the window frame and the top marble piece of my front stairs. they also dropped my tv facedown but luckily it survived the fall. I requested to fix the damages but it took so long that I fixed the window frame myself and finally they sent a person for the couch which remained in my garage. while they picked up the marble piece of my frontstep to replace , they never did , they stopped answering my messages and they literally just stole my broken step as a “sample”. I wish I never met this company and they are not even affordable. do yourselves a favor and get someone else

The crew arrived and were very courteous and professional as they quickly got to work to remove my belongings with care and efficiency. The practiced teamwork was evident as all the members of the moving crew coordinated and executed their roles and had the truck securely packed in a surprising amount of time. The unpacking at my new location was just as professional and efficient, and care was exercised to ensure none of my belongings were damaged. Very satisfied with the service received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone in the Wilmington area needing to relocate their belongings at a very reasonable price.

I regretfully never should’ve used them. They were absolutely unprofessional, sloppy and inappropriate. They broke my bed frame, 86” tv. My husband had to help them move because that moving like snails intentionally. Spoke to Brian an someone else on the damages but never got back to me.
