My husband ordered valentines flowers more than 2 weeks ahead of time and paid extra to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. He spent close to $200. He never received any kind of notification on an estimated time of delivery. By 8pm on Valentine’s Day the flowers still had not been delivered. He spent the last 2 hours trying to get a hold of someone to see what was going on and no one would answer, probably because they were closed. He was finally able to get a hold of someone and was told they were too busy to deliver today…by this point it’s 10pm. He finally got them to deliver and we didn’t get it until almost 10:30pm….Valentine’s day is pretty much over. When we got the flowers they were already wilted and not even remotely close to what my husband ordered. We will never order from them again. You can’t just decide to not deliver flowers because you are too busy….that is not ok.

My boyfriend ordered me Valentine’s Day flowers and here we are 2 days later and no flowers. Calling to get a full refund now. Would not recommend. I was so excited for these flowers. :(

AVOID THIS FLORIST!!!. Ordered flowers online for Valentines Day. Order confirmed and delivery fee paid for valentines day delivery. No flowers delivered. Tried to call but went straight to voicemail. Finally got in touch with someone yesterday (2/15). She said they were "on the truck." but still no delivery. Customer service was terrible. She actually hung up on me. Do not use this florist. Worst experience i have ever had.

I ordered flowers for my sisters funeral service. I was very emotional when I called. The lady was very kind and comforting. The flowers were beautiful and arrived on time. There wasn't even a delivery charge. The best way to order flowers for any occasion is to call the flower shop in the city of its destination. I saved about $35.00. Thank you Flower Place.

Beautiful, thoughtful flowers, and a tremendous and kind staff! I called yesterday to ask questions and place an order for birthday flowers for a friend of mine. The lovely staff provided me with answers to all of my questions, and created a gorgeous boquet made with flowers of my friend's favorite colors. They delievered the flowers to her home, and my friend and I absoluted loved them. I definitely recommed The Flower Place!!

This is NOT A TRUSTWORTHY business. They changed my order after my complaint that their charges were exorbitant.They down sized my order for price. They are very difficult to get in touch with, and very difficult to do business with.Recommend go someplace else!

The Flower Place is absolutely AMAZING!! The casket spray they created for my mother's funeral was unbelievable! It was the only flower arrangement we had and it was all that was needed!! Absolutely gorgeous!! The staff was more than accommodating and their design work is outstanding. This is the only place I will go when I need flowers!!

I ordered a "Christmas Deluxe, designer's special" for my mothers birthday. I ordered happy birthday balloons and a ribbon. My mom sent me a picture of a bouquet of yellow roses and flowers nowhere close to a Christmas bouquet. My mother is happy, and that was my goal, however, I am not.I am not sure how to upload comparison pictures. But a mix of yellow flowers is NOT Christmas colors.
