On 8/22 I deposited $190 using the ATM and the machine went down before completing my deposit. I freaked and went inside right away cause I need my money. The person who helped me that day was very bland and unempathetic with my situation. She “opened a case” for me and said it would be 2-3 business days before I got my money back. I wasn’t happy but I could deal with that. On 8/24 my debit card kept coming up declined everywhere I tried to use it. I went back to this branch on 8/25 and had a completely different experience. Turns out the First Lady didn’t do the case correct and posted that my account had fraud so they shut down my card. I had to get a new card and a new case. I was beside myself cause I can’t wait another week since 8/25 was a Friday. Dawn Mitchell helped me get another card and called about the status of my case. She then opened a new case and because it was “cash” she said it should be 24 -48 hours. A big difference from the 2-3 business days. Thank you Dawn Mitchell for understanding that some people live paycheck to paycheck and for helping me to get this resolved.

I deposited in the drive thru 11/17/22 around 2pm that particular teller was very unprofessional hair unkept most I encounter are rude at this location (drive thru). Only thing about TD is the Hours and I will say Middletown site has pleasant tellers I will say as well as a few other sites, this location is convenient for me. Smh

Horrible customer service. The “store supervisor” Deborah Adens is horrible. Wouldn’t let me close my account with a passport AND social security card.

Now I can see why this please has multiple one star reviews I had to change Sunny United Kingdom pounds I came to the bank at approximately 130 they only had one teller and two customer service agents I called prior to coming and was told to change the money I have to go to customer service stood in line for around 40 minutes a lady over in customer service yelled out does anybody need a notary because I’m going for lunch she proceeded to ask everyone what they were therefore she asked me what I was here for I told her to change money I stood for an additional 20 minutes only to get to a customer service agent for her to tell me she cannot change the money only the manager could do it and that’s the lady that told me he’s going on break I feel like they don’t consider their customers time the manager is very rude and if I could give them a zero star I would It is very irritating that I just wasted an hour an half of my dayI am not someone that writes reviews and I went out of my way to write this review but I had to do this because the manager and everybody in there was acting like us the customers were bothering them and I believe that their manager needs a two year customer service training class I am so upset because of the situation I feel as if I am going to call corporate and do whatever I can to let them know

A busy day at the bank waiting to take care of some account maintenance with the customer service side of the bank. Both the tellers and the bankers had lines with people that needed to open accounts, withdraw cash or make a payment for their lending. Jennifer the Branch's manager help me take care of my banking needs quickly and efficiently. Left there a little longer that I would have but with the place still pretty full of other banking customers I was glad to leave the hustle and bustle behind.

Your local TD Bank's right here whenever you need us. We run on human hours, so you can pop in early, late and weekends. Stop by for an instant debit card or new savings account—stay for the lollipops and dog biscuits. And, of course, we've got you covered on all the usual banking stuff, including 24/7 ATMs, foreign currency exchange*, notary services**, safe deposit boxes and more. If your closest store doesn't have what you need, we'll help you find another TD Bank nearby that does. Hope to see you soon.

Bad service went to this TD bank to get a new card went through the drive through and the women at the window (she said her name was shakia) refused to give me a new TD card and told me to come inside .. I told her I would rather not because of covid and she told me that sounds personal and that printing out cards wasn’t apart of her job so I would either have to go inside or go to another bank. While her and another women behind the window look at each other and began laughing .

I would have given it a one star, because on multiple occasions I’ve been treated very rudely by the drive through staff. 1. It’s not always easy to hear what they’re saying, and when I kindly repeat a question for clarity I’m given a smart response that’s very short and snippy followed by ‘that’s what I said.’ When you work in customer service, especially in the financial industry you’re dealing with a very intimate part of people’s lives. I had my wallet stolen and had no money and had to rush off of work to get what I could out of my savings. I keep a nice balance in this account and it’s my closest bank to me. Even if I kept $1.00 and needed to withdraw that $1.00 I should still be talked to and treated with decency and respect, but regardless I wasn’t. This has not happened once or twice but every time I visit the branch. I’m really considering withdrawing my funds and banking with another small bank. I have several bank accounts and have developed relationships with my local branches however this branch is not the warmest, and I dread having to do business with them. Like I said in the beginning I would have given them 1 star but a sweet lady at the front, saved my life and assisted me when no one else would. She was empathetic and kind, and heard me out during one of the scariest times. Losing your wallet with all your financial information is not easy. I’m a person, dealing with another person. But I guess basic manners, let alone compassion is hard to come by now a days. My advice to management is to be sure that whoever you have in a customer facing role, knows how to speak to people in a respectful way. Bad customer service is bad for your brand. Thanks for hearing me out.
