Beyond horrible customer service.. walked in two ladies sitting at the desk and not one person spoke or acknowledged my presence or offered helped they literally looked up at me did a eye roll and then proceeded to do whatever they were doing

I placed an order for sanitizers in the midst of the pandemic while every other supplier was either sold out or on infinite back-orders. Source Supply went out their way to accommodate my request and delivered the order as promised.

I ordered a twelve pack of disinfectant. It said that it was in stock when ordered. I received an email that it was on a 2 week delay. I said that was ok and waited 3 weeks before calling about the order. When I called I was told that the product was discontinued??? They refunded my account but no one bothered to let me know it was discontinued. Management there is trash. I would not recommend ordering anything from these fools!!

Several days ago, I placed an order for a 12-pack of Lysol spray disinfectant. Many other websites were sold out, and in fact, Source Supply said they were sold out of individual cans. However, their website clearly indicated that CASES were STILL AVAILABLE. The website processed my order and sent me a confirmation. Today, I received an apology email saying that the order had been CANCELLED because they didn't have the product. They FAILED in three big ways: 1) THEY FAILED TO KEEP THEIR WEBSITE UPDATED with current inventory and unavailable products, and 2) THEY FAILED TO COMMUNICATE in a timely way (during a very critical time) so that I could shop elsewhere to protect my family. 3) THEY FAILED TO OFFER A REMEDY OF ANY KIND. Disgusting company management--don't trust them to have or send you the supplies you order.

I called their 888 number and was greeted rather rudely by the lady that answered. She had 0 customer service skills and in no way should be the first line of customer service for any company in my opinion. I simply said “Nevermind, have a nice day” and hung up.
