I have been shipping with ship to box all my USA orders since 4 years and never had any issue until I decided to ship with them thru Aramex, my box was stucked in Dubai for transit to it's final destination Beirut for more than 15 days and suddenly Aramex refuses to deliver my box saying that it contains dangerous goods and they will return it to the shipper on my own expenses so when I contacted ship to box they refused to refund.Their customer service didn't help at all although they already knew that this box was stucked so they were just watching and did nothing about it so my advice if you are Shipping any cosmetic product don't ship with Aramex although Ship to Box gives you the choice too but once shipped they don't guarantee that you will receive it you will not be refunded anymore so you will be ending by paying the shipping fees and not receiving your box.

Once you deliver your goods to them, they will control you and the price as they want. I shipped a 4-pound box, and they charged me $86. When I contacted FedEx, the shipping cost was $38! It is not recommended to deal with them at all.
