I am very upset and disappointed at Sheridan Nissan on Dupont Hwy New Castle, DE. They charge a 3% fee to use your credit card for purchases and don't even tell you just bill your card. The service is already high to get your car repair. I hate how these companies just try steal your money for their personal gain to get richer!!!! It's a disgrace to their name, I guess the cars not selling so they need to make money some kind of way!!!

Take your money somewhere you will be treated as a valued customer before buying and after buying. I bought a car here in September and a few weeks later I took it back as I had an issue with the clutch. I was told that it had exceeded the miles required by 9 miles, the miles I drove from the house to the place. They also told me it might be due to driving it wrong. I have always driven stick shifts, so I knew what I was talking about. A few weeks later the clutch exploded, and I had to take it to the mechanic. The mechanic words were "this car was a dupe, they sold you a dupe car" since it still had the temp tag. The car fax was fake as someone would have caught this issue. I had to pay $4300 to fix the clutch and other things that exploded with the clutch exploding. Still on tempt tag. I went to go get the tags as I got a call that they were ready, and I paid for these earlier. They gave me the registration and I asked where the tags were. The receptionist said they were under the temp tag. If I had seen them, I would have known that, and not ask for them. But she was very rude about this. I give 1 star as I love the car, but everyone here is just rude and only willing to sell you a car even if it's a dupe car but after you buy you do not matter. take your money where you will be valued all through.

Seems like every service manager hates their job and make the customer feel like they're doing the customer a favor by writing up their service receipts and requests.I expected better customer service and detailed explanation of what the service entails. Not just handed off a piece of paper listing out the problems.

I've been searching the internet for a while to find the right truck at the right price and Sheridan Nissan had it. My salesman was Pedro and he was awesome to work with, he was responsive and speedy. We got the numbers worked out and he had me ready to roll! I flew out the next day and he had my paperwork ready for me which is my biggest reason for five stars. I was in and out in under two hours! The truck was in great shape and was definitely worth the trip. Thank you Kyle in Finance and thank you Pedro for working with me.

My 2017 Versa I bought from Sheridan 5 years ago brand new. The car is dependable. However, on Sunday I could not start the car and thought there was a problem with the ignition. Bill in the service department called later Monday afternoon and said they were so busy they didn't know when they could get to my car. I reached out to the owner and he got the manager Ed on the issue. The next day the problem solved and I got my car back. Fortunately is was a worn out key that was replaced and I got my car Tuesday at 6:00 pm. Thank you Sheridan for getting my car back in a timely manner.

It was my misfortune to come to Sheridan on January 15. I wanted to trade in my 2017 Altima that I brought from the establishment before. After trying out a new Altima, They tried to rob me on the the trade in value of my Altima stating that I could only receive $2000 and would not budge. They also tried to charge me more than the sticker price for a new car. I told the salesman that I was not interested and left the dealership. I went home and checked my wallet. My drivers license was not on my person. I called the dealership and was told that they forgot to give me back my license. Upon coming in I was pressured again to buy an overpriced vehicle. I had to eventually yell to have my license returned. I would not suggest for anyone to go to Sheridan Nissan. Seven days later I purchased a new car from Porter Nissan and have been happy ever since.

Sheridan Nissan is the best!! I have purchased two vehicles from them over the past 10 years and they take good care of me. Every year on my birthday, I get a telephone call from my salesman, Bob Hoisington - very kind and thoughtful. When I take my vehicle in for an oil change and other required maintenance, not only do I get a complimentary car wash, the men in the service department go out of their way to find me discounts to reduce the fee for labor and parts! Top notch, two thumbs up!!

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a car dealer. The General Manager Ed dropped the ball. I was scheduled to take delivery of a fleet vehicle. I was notified by my fleet management company that my new company car has arrived at the dealer. I figured I would still wait a day or two before I heard from the dealership that I could come pick up the car. I hadn't heard anything from the dealer so since I was in the for work I would stop by and see if I could take delivery. Upon entry I was greeted by a new salesperson. He then directed me to Ed and another salesperson at the rear of the showroom floor. I announced who I was and what I was there for along with the company I worked for. I was then directed to another area of the dealership where I was told "I'm not sure why you were told to come here". I then walked back to the rear of showroom where Ed was. Again I stated who I was and why I was there. I explained to Ed I was notified that my new vehicle arrived. Ed told me at that time the vehicle had just arrived that morning and I couldn't take delivered because I had to wait for "paperwork" from the manufacturer to be released. I was told to come back in two weeks or I would be contacted. After 2 1/2 weeks I called to follow up on the status of the car. I was told Ed wasn't in and he was the only person I could speak to in regards to my fleet vehicle. I was told he would arrive later that day. I left a message inquiring about the status of the car. I never received a call from Ed. I waited to more days then. I Called again only to be told Ed was the only person I could speak to and he wasn't in. At that point I contacted my fleet management company to get them involved. My fleet management company told me they had made attempts to contact the dealer in regards to the car. They were under the impression I already received the car. I waited for another 2-3 weeks. No response for the dealer. I then decided after a month and a half to try contacting the dealer once again. I was directed to Ed's (General Manager) voicemail. I left a detailed message of who I was and what company I work for. I also stare I had visited the dealership previously in regards to the car. Later that day I received a call from another salesperson. I explained how much time had passed since I was told the car was at the dealer and I had to wait for paperwork. At that time the salesperson admitted the dealership has dropped the ball and apologized. He then told me I could come in and pickUp the vehicle. The so-called paperwork they were waiting for had been there all of this time. After almost 2 months of the car sitting at the dealer.

For years, our car has been brought to Sheridan for service, etc, etc, and every time, we get abhorrent service as well as unnecessary lip service from the service staff. Well, this customer and car will never set foot on your establishment again, we'd get better service from a used car dealer.... We're done!!!!! and it's not even worth one damn star, either!!!
