Store front and bathroom were relatively clean but the “world famous chicken” was not edible. We took a few bites and threw the entire box out.

Ciara was The girl who made our sandwiches. She was friendly and courteous, and made our sandwiches with love. she paid attention to our complex orders and got them right.

Stopped by and got a couple of cups of coffee that were pretty good; had few choices of coffee brands. Frankly, for the gasoline, I read that it adds its additives onto the gasoline which is not good for any vehicle for the long term. Actually, there’re many gas stations sell its gasoline that adds its additives onto the gasoline. The consumers need to watch out for what they put into their vehicles in a consistent basis.

Awful, Disgusting, and Horrendous service. My first time coming for the day to get cigarette carton in which you get $25 off and manager refused to serve me and accused me for coming 3 times and saying I changed shirts. I told her to check cameras then because that was my first time coming instead she started cursing at me and telling me to get out. Is it because of my color cuz I felt racially disrespected by her. Wouldn’t advise anyone to come here unless you wanna get insulted from the horrible manager with such outrageous language and not treated like a customer that is just trying to buy their product.

I received exceptional customer service on the evening of May 1st by Aaron who was in your hot food bar area. Very polite and helped me do my order. He made sure I got fresh hot chicken and fresh hot fries. He wished me a good evening kept calling me ma'am. That young man is exceptional he needs a raise and I can see this young man becoming a manager. This is the first time I've ever tried your chicken and I will be back to get more. Thank you!

It's New Castle, so it's never 100% organized or clean, and some staff can be friendly, but others can be poorly mannered and or just brain-dead.
