Lights on inside. Not a soul in sight. Customers outside looking confused ?

It was very crowded and service was slow,but I was able to get a Hurley backpack beach chair for an excellent price. The store was in disarray and just junkie in some sections. If I had not seen the beach chair I would have walked out. Ross needs to do better. Then I was curious about the Credit card,asking what bank was the CC from.
The cashier said she didn't know,then she asked someone else and they didn't know. That should be some the store employees should know.

ATTITUDES quit if you’re not a people person. Store was a trashy mess loss prevention is more friendly then the cashiers that just say NEXT.

I am not expecting to be the only White person in the store. It seems Diversity hire is cheating White ppl. out of jobs. One time did I get white checker, I was surprised. I love Ross and can get unique items. I have to listen to Hispanic gibberish while I shop, or speak German, which confuses the migrants.I do no wish to speak Hispanic. I am Northern European and this is an insult to our Country.

I enjoyed going to this Ross very much. It always has a great variety, values, and the store staff is friendly knowledgeable and it's a good shopping experience each time we go!!!

Great store but I needed to just grab hand soap and they closed 10 MINUTES EARLY. Unacceptable. Everyone inside standing there looking at us like we’re crazy with all the lights on. No good. Going to Newark from now on.

Found some shirts and pants and a pair of sneakers for our grandson. Prices were good. Only thing is the store isn't as fully stocked as it probably should be.
