One of the cashiers were very sick and coughing over everything while checking people out she looked like she was close to falling down. I was able to go to the other younger lady to avoid her. The lady that cashed me out forgot one of the security tabs and the lady that was coughing ended up having to check my bags(right after coughing up a storm) and she gave the young lady who left the tag on my item a very disgusting look right in front of all the customers which wasn’t nice or okay at all. could’ve dealt with it as coworkers afterwards

Store doesn't have much to choose from the sales people weren't much help with questions about sale items then when I went to checkout the guy at the checkout counter was just playing on his phone I asked was he doing checkout or someone else he said he would be with me when he was done after a whole two minutes he still played on his phone by then it was a line and he called for help and then started helping I didnt understand that if you dont wanna be at work dont come

hello, by this means I let you know that the rainbow store is already closed before the time stipulated on the sign today, Friday, March 17, 2023, that they close at 8:00 p.m. and they are already closed at 7:00 p.m. stores because they are closing early and they are supposed to close at 8:00 pm

Bought someClothes here came back the next day to return a pair of pants that didn't fit (they don't have dressing rooms) the store manager was so rude and ignorant that i returned the whole 60 dollars worth of stuff ( with a problem had to call cooperate) I bought and will never buy from here again!

Went here for a simple pair of cute work shoes and the display was the only size &pair they had which was exactly my size however when I told the associate I wanted the pair she couldn’t find the match to the shoe anywhere in the back of the store(which is where they stored all the spring shoes/sandals). This store don’t really have much of a selection either.. the associate was actually nice enough to point me in the direction of a bigger and better rainbow but in rush hour traffic it just wasn’t ideal but I will go thanks to her.

I didn't like my experience there help was rude they were playing rap music I said hi and no one said hello when I entered the store I felt very uncomfortable I usually spend almost a hundred dollars in your store instead I left very disappointed.

Staff will look at an 11 year old child and tell her she's \\\" too fat for that dress go in plus size\\\". My child is in junior sizes. Staff will also flirt with your husband in front of you. Manager does nothing but laugh off complaints as a joke. Filed a corporate complaint

So every time I come here in the afternoon I get weird stares and it’s ok I don’t expect a smile at a customer care place where I’m about to spend a good amount of cash???♀️ But this is probably the secon time I come around 11 something not exactly 11 and they ARE ALWAYS CLOSE. And I understand inventory ig or money counting but they open at 10? So what’s going on and I would love to say that I always see them just there standing talking not trying to look at me so yeah that’s about the Second time I go around 11 something and the last time?? But it’s a good store to get a quick outfit or just simply comfortable cloth to wear on casual days❤️
