This company is horrible. Stay away from these scammers.So, besides the fact that this company is extremely fishy. The way they function is just horrendous.I had an issue with a parcel recently. First of all they told me they can't ship my parcel. Okay, they change the rules randomly, anytime.Okay, then I'm trying to return a parcel, to amazon. Okay... I'm waiting like 10 days, and they've done nothing to the parcel, in the warehouse.So, then I tried talking to customer service. and OMG the people there are nasty, they are extremely rude and impolite. While talking to them they are literally threatening me. I'm just shocked.First they said something like "it's just mistake, it's your fault. Then I said, You're just making excuses and this is not fixing my problem. I'm going to leave a bad review."Then, check this out. They said " Yeah, we don't care do what you want". Then they proceeded to threatened me to close my account.Wow, just shocked.They got like 1000 USD worth of my items, in their warehouse. And they threaten to close my account? And they'll keep the items? No idea.So for anyone out there using this company.BEWAREThey are scammers, I wouldn't be surprised at all if they are some kind of money laundering business.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY>

Quite possible the worst freight forwarder I’ve ever used. They take 1 week to produce an invoice and pack, send packages abroad with no tracking and the prices are far from competitive. I use freight forwarder from 3rd world companies that run better than them.

I was a bit sceptical at first given the distance, but the entire process was buttery smooth. Got my stuffs within 10 days and the packaging was solid. There were minor delays at customs, but team guided me well. Just a heads up, the custom duties can be a bit high, but that's not Qwintry's fault. Will definetely be using them again for my future purchases
