Disappointing. It's a good thing I brought the car in at 7:30 am for a relatively routine 30 K mi checkup. We did add the brake fluid exchange, new cabin filter, two new tires and 4 wheel alignment. However, 8 hrs in shop, starting at 7:30, seemed long. More bothersome was the cost of over $600 for 2 Dunlop Grandtrek PT20 tires. Other venues seem to charge $215 - $240.

I purchased my second vehicle this year from Price Toyota, each transaction was super smooth, easy and fast. There were no ups sales and they had exactly what I wanted. They got my payments exactly where I wanted to be. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Oil change appointment scheduled for 2pm - Arrive 1:55 pm.
Was informed by the greeter person that it would take between 1 & 1/12 hrs to complete - Just Oil - nothing else. 3:30 pm, I went up to the service desk to get a status, the nice lady had to walk to find my greeter person. After 5 min, he came and said that it will take another 15 minutes. My 4 runner was finally ready at 3:55. I had to find other transportation for my sons pick up from school over this ordeal. Not happy :(. #JUSTANOILCHANGE

My experience was not bad.
I had only one concern. I asked to check transmission fluid state. They did test and state was not bad. They suggested me to change it which cost me $250. Later i showed result to few of my experienced friends and they said i could wait for 2 more year. I have currently 63k miles on my car and usually transmission fluid changes on 80k miles.

I found a 2020 Ford Ranger that was reasonably priced, in great shape and everything I was looking for in a new truck. Salesman was more than helpful and the financial department superb, even stayed over to help us. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the detail department which left quite a bit of dirt behind, when I told the dealership about it they offered a free detail but seeing I live over an hour away I thanked them but declined the offer. If you're looking for a vehicle new or used, don't think twice, go to Price.

Troy was good and efficient, the sales manager was extremely receptive to my offers and concerns and they worked out a great price with little effort. I am very please with the service that I experienced and I would recommend buying a car there to others.
