Never really got to thank the shop for getting my 2012 Dodge ram a few months ago back on the road when I came back into town. Since you fixed the radiator core that truck has been to California and back to Atlanta now no problems. I want to thank you for your honest service. I’ll be sure to check you out when I come back into town if I ever need any future repairs which I hope not thank you.

I've been going to pep boys for years to service my vehicles. I've been trying to get an oil change for the past two days. My appointment kept getting changed. I understand they are short staffed. However, the person i encountered at the front desk today was very rude. I walked in and stated I have an appointment for an oil change. He says don't rush me. I can honestly say I will never go back to this place.

I am so glad that Google asked me to do a review. First off when I called this place the guy on the phone had a serious attitude on the phone. Ok sometimes we all encounter bad days. We are human right? Ok back to the battery situation. Because my car was still under warranty I asked how much the battery was. A simple question right? Wrong, this guy left me on hold 3 times and each time I called back the attitude increased. Finally I did get the price over $400 for a battery. SMH, so I called Autozone and the had the same battery for half the price. I can see why they are closing up stores. The End!

Just where do I begin?Originally, I went to Pep Boys on Kirkwood Highway to have my EVAP system replaced. It only took three months for my check engine light to return, indicating that I needed to replace it once again. After reading the many positive reviews, I decided to bring it to the Pep Boys on Christiana Road (this location). I brought my car here, and Mr. Fred was extremely impolite and insisted that I rush it back to the original Pep Boys (the one on Kirkwood Highway) so they could fix it. I wanted this store to fix it, so I showed him the receipt and explained the situation. After he looked at the receipt, he took my car for the day to "fix" it, but the light on my dashboard returned three days later. After I contacted Pep Boys Cooperation via phone and email, they contacted me back to inform me that the parts they had on hand were defective and that they would be ordering replacements from a different supplier. A new EVAP system took two weeks to arrive, but I was patient. I took my vehicle there once again, and they fixed it in about two days. While he was handing me the keys, Mr. Fred warned me not to return here if the check engine light ever came back on, which was rude. If I bring you my car, fix it; that is your job! I felt like they failed to fix my car once again because of how rude they were. Employees at Pep Boys' corporate office should genuinely care about the success of the business and consider checking this location and it’s employees. It seems like the car has not been fixed correctly because it is still shaking. For the way they handled my car, Pep Boys has my utmost disappointment. Words of wisdom to all... Run away from this place. If you want your car fixed by people who actually care about you and your needs, you should go elsewhere. In the event that the problem persists and my check engine light returns on, I will seek legal representation. My car is still shaking, and my warranty from the original purchase is almost up. Please get it together Pep Boys!

The gentlemen there were very patient and kind. I had some concerns and questions, and they answered them in a manner that was easy for me to understand which made me feel comfortable with my decisions. I will return again.

3 out of the 5 tires they put on have failed to hold air. I called for them to to fix it and they gave me a time to come in and said they would get to it right away. Drove 30 minutes each way out of my way for them to tell me they didn’t have time to do it and if I left my car they would get to it later that day. Mind you last time they told me a couple hours for ONE tire and it took a day and a half. I couldn’t leave the car and will just get the issue resolved elsewhere. Never coming here again.

Customer Service sucks. Period! Did you know that they charge at times more than twice the cost of parts. Since they don’t carry parts anymore, they double the price of parts needed. Trust me, when they tell you what you need and how much google it at any auto parts store.

This site is not for women. The manager is the most rude, unprofessional individual. I made the appointment for 10: 00 am and I got there at 9:45 am. Manager told me there are three people ahead of me and I should go home(tone matters). It took them 3 hours to change oil and they did not reset the bulb and I had to go back to get it done. I will never go there again.

The location I went to was shorthanded that day (on a Saturday), but they still fit me in to have 4 new tires installed the same day with wheel alignment and balancing. The Manager, Fred, is very knowledgeable about the tires they sell, and verified that I chose a good model suited for my car, and discussed how they were different than some other choices I had. Prices were way better than the other places I compared, so it was a win all the way around. (Pun was not intended!)

I was scheduled today 7-27-2023 at 11.30 am for a oil change that was scheduled a few days ago. I showed up about 11.15 am and was told that they would not be able to perform the service because there was no technician available because of sick calls. Which made very little sense to me. How could a service center of this magnitude be shut down by a sick call. I was told that this is the world we live in by a employee name Bob. And that he had called all customers to let the know of the cancellations . I told him that he didn’t call my phone, and he responded was Oo! I must have missed you. Then I was ask if I would like to reschedule, which is a differently NO!!. Bob was truly rude and unprofessional, that left a bad taste with me. So I made a call to the pep boys in bear and Abby to the call and show the professionalism that I was looking for. She told me that they are busy as always but she can get me up me in for service. I’ve had our vehicle service at the Christina rd pep boys over the years, but that would be my last time. I truly appreciate and respect all customers service employees, I was one for 30 myself, and what Bob displayed to me that day is not what anyone in his position should show. Michael Smith
