Has a save a lot has a high end sneaker store as well as a bank, liquor store, check cashing outlet, big lots, and even a dollar tree

It's one of my many go-to places since they have a PNC Bank, Dollar Tree and Big Lots here. They've done soon resurfacing of the parking lot and add better lighting.

Penn Mart needs to add some newer stores into the shopping center. They do have Dollar Tree, Save Alot, Rainbow, Big Lots, a couple food places, and more but it just seems like there's something missing in there.
