Great sales experience and great price on the 2024 Mazda 3. All other dealers around were charging more and I was still able to have some wiggle room and negotiate the price down as well. No junk dealer fees or add on's as well.

Five stars to Mario Hudson for being an incredible salesman and an even better gentleman. This man went out of his way to right a wrong because he has such an inspiring integrity to do the right thing. I did purchase a vehicle today because of the person this man is. Yesterday (08/20/2024) a friend and I traveled to Nucar Mazda from Central Virginia so I could test drive and possibly purchase a particular color 2024 Mazda 3 Premium with a manual transmission. We arrived a little bit before my appointment, but the staff welcomed us with open arms, and they got the car ready for my test drive in just a few minutes. The vehicle was exactly as advertised in the on-line advertisement, and I decided to buy it.
The purchase process could not possibly have been any easier. Aside from a short delay caused by my insurance company, it could not have gone better. Both my friend and I were very impressed with Nucar Mazda. From start to finish the sales staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They made the ten-hour round-trip drive from Virginia worth every minute.
If I am ever again in the market for a Mazda, I would not hesitate to make that long drive again in order to do business with this fine dealership and its wonderful personnel.

One of the services in the standard package I chose was the replacement of the air filter. When I went to pick up the car Melissa informed me that the air filter was still fine so they didn't replace it. you could have changed it and charged me and I wouldn't have known the difference. That kind of honesty is what keeps me coming back.

Not a great service experience. I started getting tire noise after doing a simple tire rotation and brakes check. And it's really hard to get them to setup another appointment to remediate the issue that occurred after their service. Super long wait times at the service. Probably should start finding another dealership.

I tried to get an appointment initially for a sound I was hearing. It took me two weeks to get a service person at Mazda on the phone. I called, emailed, vms nothing. I decided to just not take it in. Then came time for an oil change again took forever to reach someone when I finally did I booked for a Monday. Went to drop my car off Sunday and Mazda was completely blocked off. I had to leave my car at Chevy. I got a text 3 hours after opening about $875 worth of items they suggested. $60 for an inside cabin filter and $90 for the engine one. Hilarious. I ordered these parts online for $14 shipped and did it myself. You should be ashamed charging people this much for that stuff. Honestly I won’t be back. Horrible customer service and up charging for the smallest silliest things is absurd
