Bought me 2014 ram 1500 express from nucar Mazda in December of 2022 and then took it to nucar chevy for a repair that I needed October 13, 2023. I had a coolant leak that a gentleman named Jeremy and one of his mechanics found. Thermostat Housing Replacement: UPPER RADIATOR HOSE LEAKING FROM THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING. HOSE CANNOT BE TIGHTENED ANY FURTHER. CORROSION BUILD UP ON THE HOUSING CAUSING THE LEAKING. REPLACEMENT OF UPPER RADIATOR HOSE AND THERMOSTAT WITH HOUSING RECOMMENDED. this is what they diagnosed was wrong and cost me 822.64 which is out rages to me. $525.00 for labor and 272.84 for the radiator hose and another 24.00 for something misc. So I paid the fee the day I got my truck back first off battery was dead, lucky I have a jump box that I keep with me and a flat tire. Big red flag there. So my Lady drives it to work 1hr away and she calls me and says "hey we're still leaking coolant And as I look leaking from the same place it was before. Long story short I take it back to nucar October 30 2023, they look it over again and come to a conclusion of it's my water pump that is leaking. Now they want to charge me another 564 Dollars to fix the water pump and have it another couple days. Jeremy told my Lady and I quote " sometimes we fix things and something else brakes from that". Excuse me? I'mNot paying you guys anything because I don't trust you now, And as I go get my truck because I wasn't paying these jokers nothing else Jeremy doesn't look at me nothing not a sorry about this and he's a very nice gentleman and he wasn't fazed that he cheated a customer out of almost 1400 in repair. I do not recommend this place to buy vehicles or get them fixed. Now have to go somewhere else to fix the mistakes these men made. They don't care about their customers at all.

Do not take your car for service!!!! The mechanics are clueless! It took 3 weeks for them to figure out my car needed an alternator. Customer service is POOR! Had to leave work several times to check on my car due to the fact they weren’t calling me back for updates. They only received this 1 star because I had to! The up charge is RIDICULOUS! Save yourself the time, headache, & a couple dollars. Go somewhere else!

I will start this off by saying Nucar has a FANTASTIC sales department, but their service department is another story. Every single time I try and call to schedule an appointment, I am put on hold (the online system does not work to schedule appointments, I've tried). Yesterday was close to ten minutes, I had to hang up and call back for someone to answer. I've had one key fob replaced under the key replacement warranty last year (which was a disaster, my fob was never ordered and I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before anyone even told me they didn't have my fob in stock) and this year I need to get another replaced for a different vehicle. Each time, I am sent to parts to make sure a fob is in stock, which as the customer I don't feel it is my job to do that considering I don't work for Nucar, then I am bounced back to service to sit on hold to schedule the appointment. The gentleman who answered in parts was quite rude because I did not have the last 8 of the VIN, he snidely said that's crucial information for ordering a transmitter. I then had to leave a message for the lady in service to schedule my appointment, it is now the next day and no call back. Nucar needs to get their act together in service and parts, because it's terrible. If anything, hire an appointment coordinator to strictly schedule appointments, because trying to make an appointment is a pain and it shouldn't be that way. Also, when your vehicle is being worked on for an extended period of time, there is literally ZERO communication from the service department on what is going on with your vehicle.

My husbands truck was towed there on July 5th when his brakes locked up in his Chevy Silverado. It is now July 22nd and we have had to consistently call and get different answers from everyone as to the status and what the actual issues are. We finally got a call on Wednesday (July 19th) that his truck would be ready for pickup on July 20th and they would call when it was done. Well here we are July 22nd and no truck and no call. Have repeatedly called his rep as well as talked to service manager (who seems to have no idea what happens in his own shop) and no one likes to respond to calls. This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen and DO NOT recommend NuCar for anything! If they can't respond to voicemails or even pickup the phone I can't even imagine buying a car from them! Here's to hopefully getting his truck sometimes in the near future if someone ever returns a call and let's us know it's ready! The only perk is he did get a loaner truck that he was able to rack some miles on! I did tell him at this point 4 weeks later he should just go get it insured and registered and it's his new truck haha!

Great experience buying the car but first service appointment left a lot to be desired. The woman at the desk in the service area was looking at her phone with a co-worker looking over each shoulder at her her phone. Never made eye contact or put her phone down. Just asked if I was dropping off or picking up. Then said just pull up to the bay and the door will open. The guy working in the service area was much nicer. Then tried to charge $80 for a free oil change and not even apologetic. Just acted like they were annoyed because I questioned it. Then said “ok you’re all done. ” I asked “Ok so where’s the car?” The response I got was “outside. Follow the grey carpet to the parking lot.” Took a minute to find it because it’s a big lot. Sorry it’s a bother for them to do their job!!!

I hate doing or giving one star reviews. However arrived for an oil change and tire rotation at 137 pm. It is now 4 pm and I have not heard anything or seen anybody. No apologies or updates. I spent over 20 years as a tech and am now retired from that. But if my manager knew to drain oil and change a filter was going to take over two hours I would not have had a job long. This simple process seems ridiculous. The waiting room is full of people in the same boat. Not sure what if anything management is doing to fix this but I live in Dover and drove here because I liked the dealer. Probably won't be back

My elderly mother came in yesterday to have the oil changed on her 2017 Sonic. She made an appointment for 11am. When she got there she was directed to an guy with hair like a shark fin. He was extremely rude, dismissive and disrespectful to her. He told her that "it wasn't 11am yet" to which my mom replied that was ok and that she would wait on site for her car to be done. He said it would be done by 12:30. At 1pm he still hadn't checked in with her on the status of her car. When my mom got up to check, she noticed her car was ready and waiting and sitting in the parking lot. My mother is on her 70s and was extremely sore from sitting so long. When she went to the desk to inquire, the shark haired guy was on the phone and basically threw the folder on the counter for my mom to checkout- all while staying on the phone. He was extremely dismissive and rude. We assist my mom in her car purchases and we will never buy another car from Nucar if this is the reception you get as a service customer. Shark haired boy needs to work on his attitude.

They employ idiots for receptionists or maybe there are just crooks. I had a "Change Transmission Oil" message on my Chevrolet Captiva. I called them and the receptionist put me on hold for about a year. Then she comes back saying "I have talked to 3 different people and they have never heard about a Change Transmission Oil message. We would love for you to come in so we can see for ourselves". Well i set up an appointment with them thinking they would probably not charge me anything or maybe 20-30 bucks just to reset the message. I go in there and the guy says "Oh yeah it says right here that you Transmission Oil message has be cleared and its gonna be $165 to hook it up and clear it". In other words, they pretended to be dumb and got me to come in and then gave it to me straight. What a Stupid bunch of idiots they are. I will be buying a $110 scan tool to do it myself now. Never going back there again. They can shove their diagnostic fee up there you know what.

I took my 2017 Chevy Cruze in for a tune up on Friday November 10th I told them I wanted a tune up and gave them my extended warranty card then called them 4 hours later wondering what was taking so long I talked to Anthony he said I had a cracked piston and two of them were misfiring I would need a new motor. My extended warranty wouldn't cover it because I didn't have two years of oil change receipts so I told them just to put my car back together and I would come pick it up when I got there and paid them 165 dollars for nothing because they didn't even do a tune up. When I started my car every light on my worning light on my dashboard were was on even my check engine light even my oil light then we took the car back in I was very upset I told them they broke my car needless to say i wsd yelling so they got the manager it said they didn't do anything but hooked it up to computer right then I knew he was lying because I had to go there and get my book out of the glove compartment and my car was took an apart so he told me the same things they told me which was a lie he told me I needed a new motor plain and simple there was nothing else they can do I needed a motor. Then I took it to a mechanic that was recommended to me by a friend he did my tune up and told me that there was nothing wrong with any of my Pistons they he did a compression check said that all 4 pressure was 130 which is perfect so the guy Anthony at new car Chevy lied to me and took my money because he could I don't think any women or man should take there busness to nuar car Chevy in new castle because they are crooks Maria Hogan

I just purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Spark from Nucar and I must say that my experience of dealing with this dealership was excellent. From the manager to the salesperson to the finance manager my experience was wrinkle free. Great price, great mileage, greatvalue great service from everyone here. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a used or new vehicle should use Nucar.

Zero help with my vehicle the entire time I've owned it. They should have bought it back. Brand new in 2017. Transmission done at 43k and its out at 89k. Guess what it's not warrantied according to them. They turn their back on you and offer no help. 30 times in the dealership for major drive train problems. Sad a suburban that cost 70k can't make it 100k. With the amount of time and money I have lost on this car makes me sick. Government Motors should not have received a bail out. Stay clear of this place.

I Bought a 2022 Silverado Z71 and the salesman said it does not have a chip for backup alarm/ heated seats nor does it have the Z71 Skid plate. Both are backordered and i will be notified to get them installed at a later date. I email periodically but now they are now ignoring my emails. Its been over 4 months that i'm paying for a product that was not 100% delivered. I like the dealership but after the sale customer service is disappointing.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I would never buy from here again! Purchase a warranty and because the way they worded the repair I could not use my warranty to get the part fix. So I went somewhere else and was able to use my warranty. Just goes to show how much of a scam this dealership and service team will go just to not help people. Specifically if you are working with Anthony or Darin you will not be helped ask for someone else or run the other way. This place is PATHETIC! I reached out and no one has responded to my call. Thanks!
