The WORST customer service with the most unprofessional staff I have EVER encountered. I would encourage everyone on that staff receive more training and to take their job seriously. I wish I could give 0 stars. The disrespect was unbelievable! After reviewing the previous remarks from others, I see this is a common issue and hope someone there takes reviews seriously. (Clearly they don’t since this issue continues to happen) can not wait to be done with this place!

Wish I could give no stars. Do not use this place. My daughter has a small savings account that she opened in elementary - they would have a representative at her school. She would bring in a few dollars each week. She left elementary years ago and they claim her account is now dormant and took her money for their "fees" and sent some money to "Delaware unclaimed property" I asked the customer service for this number and was told "Google it". Try explaining this to a 13 year old who is now looking for her savings. Someone is keeping all this "unclaimed/dormant money. This is disgusting.

WOW! The person who finally answered the phone should not be in customer service. Very rude and curt on the phone. Certainly acted as though a question being asked was a public nuisance. I've been a member for 25+ years and I will end this relationship before the end of the year.

Absolutely horrific service. My wife who has taught in DE public schools for 9 years called and got nothing but attitude from the person who picked up the phone. Asked questions...got more attitude. She asked when they opened to inquire about an auto loan, then showed up only to wait in line for over an hour to be told that she was supposed to make an appointment ahead of time to talk about any loans. Yet the person on the phone never mentioned that. Such an embarrassment to those who teach our children and serve the people of Delaware. This pretend "credit union" should be ashamed of themselves.

This place is a joke. Their secretaries have been horrible and clueless to what they should be doing for the past 3 years. Their loan people aren't coordinated with each other so I have had to re-submit papers multiple times and remind people of what my rate should be at vs what the next person was going to give me. Their tellers are awesome and that's about the only plus to this place besides you being able to get a decent rate on a new car (if they don't forget what rate you should be at). Thats the only reason why I would open another account with these guys ever again.

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Nobody answers calls and when they do respond to emails they don’t answer your questions. My wife was approved for a auto loan but was not told what the rate was. She has reached out of 6 different occasions and finally got a response today by someone who advised “our rates are on our website” which was incredibly helpful given the rates on their website were noted “as of 2016”. I am quite sure rates on changed in 5 years. Look elsewhere for a credit union more in tune with wanting to drive a positive customer experience!
