My Car has been the worst car buying experience I have had. From underlying issues that should have been addressed before the car was put on the lot to lack of communication steer clear of this company. The vehicle I bought had bad alignment issues to the point the steering wheel was a quarter to the right when the wheels were going straight. The gas tank would not fill more than .6gal of gas before it cut off. Both of these issues should have been noticed by their mechanic before he cleared it to go on the lot. I decided to take the car to the dealership since it was last year's model. Turns out there was significant undercarriage damage that had been there long enough the rear control arms were bent and rusted where the paint had come off. At that point I hadn't even owned the car long enough for it to have rusted from the damage so I reached out directly to My Car. I spoke with Adrian and explained the two issues that I now had to repair the rear control arms. He said he would speak to the service department to see if they were aware of these issues and get back to me. First he never returned my call even after multiple calls and emails to the title clerk, secondly he knew about the alignment issue because he was the person to do the test drive with me and it was brought up then. And again he was the salesman that wrote the agreement to pay for an alignment. Turns out that the first alignment was useless since there were broken parts. When the rear control arms were repaired a second alignment was needed. I was left paying for these repairs and a second alignment for damage they should have noticed. The gas tank was covered under warranty and should have definitely been addressed when the car was in the pre sale inspection.
I also want to address why my initial review was 5 stars. It's because again the salesman askes you to leave a review about your experience about halfway through filling out the paperwork and in my case Adrian literally stopped working on the paperwork to sit there and uncomfortably watch me type out a review on my phone. I felt pressured to leave the good review until I received my tags and was officially done with this place of business. I would never recommend them to any friends or family. Between the car repair issues and waiting a month after my t tags expire to get hard plates this company is unorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable.

Ethan was quick to follow up on my inquiry about a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. The car was available so I followed up the next day and Adrian was there to help me while Ethan was off. Adrian made it it a quick and painless process. The only concern I had was quickly addressed which leaves me knowing I made the right choice in dealerships. Since I came in with a pre-qualification and they had me in and out in less than an hour with a test drive and all. All in all a very happy car buying experience.

This is the worst company ever. Do not buy a car from here. They sold a car with no brake and I had my kids in the car with and almost had an accident. The dealership is putting people life in danger. All they are worry about is making a sale. This place is nothing but a scam and not professional at all. Please be safe when buying or driving any vehicle from this company. This is a matter of life and death.This company does not deserve a rating of any star. I had to take the car for inspection and this is my proof of no brake, if I bought a vehicle I should not be going thru this.this is crazy.

Adrian made my experience extremely smooth and helped me get everything figured out. I couldn't say enough great things about him and my over all experience at this dealership. I've dealt with a handful of dealers and this was by far the easiest and least stressful one of all.
