“Meyer, Inc., helped us transfer over a thousand linear feet of special collections material from our on-site stacks to an off-site storage facility. Their on-site team members were conscientious, approachable, communicative, and easy-going. I especially appreciated their patience when talking through the workflow with us, their flexibility in altering aspects of the plan to meet our needs, and their deliberate and proactive care for the collections during the transfer.

The only mistakes that popped up were minor ones that I had made during my preparations, and the crew leaders were very diplomatic when drawing attention to them so that I could fix the problems before they caused us all headaches further down the road. I highly recommend them to any institution that needs to relocate valuable and fragile materials in an efficient and careful manner.”

I have made many moves in my many years but to watch the young men, especially Chris & Brandon, come in and take charge then work in unison like a well oiled machine was perfect! The move was easy & quick!! They were always making sure they had the correct room for each box, they broke down our beds & chairs, wrapped everything in blankets & wrap to ensure protection, & they were very respectful and pleasant to work with! Now in the move, as with anything in life, our TV (those things are so easily broken) was slightly damaged so when we noticed that evening I sent an email (10pm on a Friday night) to the office stating the issue. First thing 9am Saturday morning I received a call from Eric apologizing for the inconvenience and asked for the TV info. Monday morning came I received a call that a new TV (same kind) would be delivered within 3-5 days well in 2 days it was at my front door. Things happen in life and it was such a refreshing change to deal with a company that is consistent from mover to manager in professionalism, respect, work ethic, integrity, & all around good people!!
