This is a great shop. I bought a Browning Citori 725 Trap O/U there last month. Staff and owner (Robert) are top notch. I was treated with great customer service and honesty. I also sold three guns on consignment, they all sold fast-within 10 days. I may come back for one of the Browning Miller's Special model 425 shotguns in a sporting configuration, they are a very appealing price to value O/U. The selection of Browning O/Us is great!

I have been shopping at Miller's Gun Center for years! Bob the owner is great! His staff is excellet too! The young lady he just hired is outstanding knows her stuff willing to help communicates clearly and quickly! Great prices - excellent service - great follow up on special orders! I highly recommend this gun shop! Not a better store in the tri-state area! Whatever you need or whatever you want they have or can get! Try them!

I recently purchased a Browning three barrel set from Bob Miller himself - he did the deal with me. It was a disaster in terms of me getting the particular serial number that I requested. On Guns International, a website Miller uses he showed four individual three barrel sets in Grey. After sending in three emails using GI's website and getting no response I called Miller's. Spoke to Bob directly. I told him which specific serial number that I wanted. He said, "oh, you looked at the various offerings on the web site, that's good and the SN that you requested has very nice wood grain." We did the deal and when I received the gun it was A DIFFERENT SN!! I sent Bob a text as I had his direct number - no response. So I called and spoke to Bob, I was surprised to hear his response - "you got a Grade 6 Browning, three barrel set at a fair price, what is the issue?" He continuously argued with me and offered no satisfaction, stating that the SN that we had discussed had been sold. Before the call I was willing to give Bob the benefit of the doubt of a simple mistake, that we could exchange this gun and all would be fine. Instead, I found Bob to be nasty saying "that any resolution would be complicated." I'm now convinced that it was simply a "BAIT AND SWITCH." I do not recommend doing business with Bob or anyone like Bob Miller - AVOID Miller's Gun Center!

Really good to do business with. Jason was really helpful throughout the purchase, I spoke several times to him on the phone. They had the gun listed on Guns International, the gun was in better condition than how they had it listed. The shipping was fast and they went the extra mile wrapping to keep from getting damaged. Look forward to doing business with them again.

Great Experience !!! Went in looking for a Browning not only did I leave with one but a wish list as well. Was helped by Bob the owner who was more than knowledgeable about the gun I inquired about but went over putting it together and taking it apart until I was comfortable with assembly. Also went over the many features the gun had. It was very refreshing to visit a small / not so small inventory business that appreciated my business and left with a hand shake something you would never get from the big box stores !!! I will definitely be back for my next purchase!!!

Went to millers gun shop today, this is the second time I visited the store and the sales person was talking politics I was the only person of color in the store they tried to make me feel Uncomfortable but I spoke up and let them know how I felt about what they were doing the sales person Apologized didn't get his name but he had a British accent don't think I will be going back to that gun shop
