“They are the best!! I feel so lucky that i found them, before I start IVF with them I had 3 miscarriages, i was so sad and desperate, now my baby boy will be 6 month old next week:) 1- the office is super nice, and they have blood test office right there, so you dont have to go labcorp or anther place to get blood test. 2-All the staff ( from front desk to nurses to doctors)are super nice and professional .3- I was really impatient and cranky, i wish i can just be pregnant next day and have a baby right away, they are so efficient with all the steps and communication, I always get reply from them so fast so i never get anxious waiting answers from them. They also treated my endometriosis, and Dr. Wendy J. Schillings was my doctor. i cant think of one negative thing about this place so far. Just want to say thanks to all the staff there, Im really happy now! Thank you RAD!”

I’ve been coming to Lab Services at Folkstone Plaza for many years, and I can confidently say this is the only place I trust for lab work. The staff is consistently professional, kind, warm, and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Whether it’s routine blood work, pre-surgery labs, or testing for a physical, I only come here—and I bring my family and children too. They’re incredibly efficient, fast, and knowledgeable. After all these years, I’ve never had a single bad experience.
What truly sets them apart is how genuinely caring and attentive they are. They make something that could feel uncomfortable or stressful actually pleasant. I always leave feeling well taken care of.

“It's crazy I'm seeing so much bad reviews but I've been going to this place off and on since I had surgery or doctor appointments and they've been nothing but nice and respectful and I never had a problem with appointments or walk-ins and some people in this world like to make things up every person you have in there that works keep them because I don't have one complaint about any person in there cuz I never ever had a problem everyone is nice and there's one person that deals with me and always gets my blood everybody's good in there something about her she just gets it on the first try she's amazing but everybody that works there is please keep them and understand that they are amazing and they are working people all this negative y'all here on here not true cuz I went to this place plenty of times never had a problem so peace love respect thanks for all y'all do and keep up the good work... Never give up”

“I went to a new location to get my blood work done. It was the location at 5311 Limestone Rd., Newark, DE. The staff there on Saturday, February 15 was one man and one woman I can’t remember their names. I apologize. She was amazing. They were both friendly professional courteous took my blood with no problems getting my vein. And just made us feel welcomed, especially with the political climate the way it is. This will be our location from now on because the staff that we dealt with on Saturday was that great. Making people feel comfortable & safe it’s so important in today’s political climate.”

“I am a hard stick and have been since i was a child, and every other place I go to they choose to never listen as to what works for me. When I walk out I am all bruised up on both arms. I read the reviews on this labcorp and decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. From check in to getting my blood drawn these ladies were amazing! They listened and make you feel like you matter. You can tell they are a team here and thats what makes a great experience for a patient. Miss Gigi and Miss Jasmine and the check in lady ( i am so sorry i forgot your name)were phenomenal! I found my new labcorp for life ! Thank you ladies so much for making this a great experience for me!”

I've been using the Walgreen's Pharmacy at the Brackenville store for several years. I don't have insurance, but used the Walgreen's Pharmacy card to get major discounts. That program was phased out. Despite that, Johanna at the pharmacy worked very hard and effectively to find better prices”
“Dekeia is the best to ever do it! Absolutely amazing, professional staff member. An asset to this location. Dekeia was the only person present and was able to help each customer waiting efficiently and effectively. I had to let her supervisor Ramona know as well. “My phlebotomist at this location was AMAZING. I wish I caught her name but I was so flustered! I was the first appointment yesterday morning, and she kindly informed me that my doctor never sent over the paperwork needed to perform my bloodwork (of course this happened on a Monday ??♀️). She patiently sat with me while I was on hold with my doctor’s office, gave me her location’s fax number, and was super flexible, even letting me step out so the patron behind me could go while I scrambled to get a hold of someone who could help. Once I got what I needed, she quickly came to the rescue and still fit me in. She reassured me that she was happy to help and not one time did she make me feel like a bother. Even though this location is a bit far from my house, I will ABSOLUTELY be making the trip back should I need any future services. Would recommend this location — particularly for early morning visits!!”
“The automated phone system and website are terrible to make a reservation on. It will tell a time that is open for your appointment but when you agree to the time it will tell you it's not available. The website was the same, the time boxes that were not shaded in means open time slots but it wouldn't let you pick one.The employees were really nice and efficient, I checked in as a walk-in thinking I would have to wait but I only waited about 5 minutes. The young lady that waited on me was kind and got me out pretty quickly.”

“Went in and easily checked in, was seen within 3 minutes. Despite having systems issues the staff did not turn me away. I often have trouble with finding a good vein, but the phlebotomist was great at finding the best vein and was out in less than 10 minutes!”

“After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive about going there. Since my doctor recommended them, I figured I would give it a try. They are wonderful! The NP is very caring and listens to what you are saying. The office staff is terrific and very accommodating. I needed to arrive at a later time for my study and they made the necessary arrangements, so I did not have to reschedule. I would highly recommend!”

The phlebotomists are all gentle and skilled in their jobs and endeavor to make you feel cared for. “Great burgers and desserts. However, it took a long time to come to my table. Very expensive. They literally drained my blood for payment. I think the place may be run by vampires. They have a dessert tray they bring around but don't take anything. All the desserts are in glass tubes with red liquid inside. Very suspicious. They also have plastic bags of tomatoes sauce. I think it's tomato sauce but who knows?”
“The back office staff (nurses) were friendly, and service was quick. The front desk was helpful with any questions, and they were able to get me through quickly.
Nobody likes having to go to medical offices... but I suppose most people only leave reviews if they had a bad experience. I found this Labcorp to be just fine!”
